Well crafted design and substantial construction. No missing parts. In fact they even included extra hardware as well as most driver bits required. Was time consuming since built this by myself with the exception of help to get completed roof panels in place but came out beautifully. Would have liked to have had dimensions for securing the roof panel pieces but taking your time to line up the pre drilled holes will get you square.

It only took the guys like 3 hours, and it would have taken me like 3 days (or more) to put it together. Great for hanging out and watching the game. Plenty of space under it.

Instructions were very informative, recommend, reading thru all steps and understanding each will facilitate the assembly. Parts fit nicely together. Had a part damaged in shipping, but called the 800 number and they had the part shipped out that day. Very Happy with purchase. Now I will be tackling Backyard Discovery's Swing set for my grandchildren. You make great products. Thank You (by the way this way the second Gazabo I have purchased and the third one I have Built).

We just had this installed today and are extremely happy with it! I'm glad we paid for assembly as it comes in so many pieces. The entire process was so good - notifications about delivery dates and setting up the installation date. The installers were incredible and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend (in the Los Angeles area - can't speak about installers elsewhere).

This is the best labeled well built product I’ve come across it took a little longer than instructions said but still not bad for someone with a little help pick a couple of good weather days lay it all out use the BILT app and you will have no problem. Don’t worry it will tighten up and go together in the end just pay attention you have all pieces turned the right way when constructing

I was a little hesitant when I first ordered. I had priced out building the same size gazebo with the same features, metal roof and all. Total was going to be 9k. I reluctantly ordered. $2800.00 how good could it be? I received it on time and wow six boxes, some of them weighing nearly 200 lbs. I opened them up and was like holy cow that’s a lot of pieces, this is going to take awhile. A day and a half later with the help of my son in law it was done. I have to say I am impressed with the finished product. I have no regrets at all and saved quite a bit.

We purchased and assembled last summer. Very nice structure. Assembly was not the easiest but the instructions were clear and easy to read. Would recommend having several tall, strong people for assembly. Especially to lift the roof pieces into place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the summer, took us a while to put it together since there was a lot of pieces and we would work on it after work. But after we finally got it all together, it was perfect ! We get so many compliments on it !

This is a great gazebo but very difficult to assemble. I had 4 other guys help my and it took well over 10+ hours. Also the App is great but in some spots it dosen't allign with the printed instuctions. I highly recommend the product but I also recommend paying someone for assembly and delivery.

My wife and her friend saw this gazebo at Sams Warehouse for $1600. Price was right so we ordered it right away. They let us know that Sams had ordered 6 of these and wasnt expected to come in for quite a while. So I got on to the internet to find it somewhere else. Now when I was doing this it was right before Mothers Day and this was going to be perfect for her in the backyard. In my search i found this same gazebo on your website Backyard Discovery. But at a substantually higher cost $2400. My wife didnt like it but I ordered it anyway knowing it was going to be here the following week. . Timing was perfect for her Mothers Day. I bought it and our sons came to put it together on Mothers Day. I have to say this kit was really well thought out. the instructions were so easy to follow. Even for this dum truckdriver.
