Well, this might be the most inaccurate, in a good way, description of a couch feature set. First off, the color is way more modern and better looking than the photos show. Now I know colors are aesthetics and are subjective, but we were pleasantly surprised. Now to the non subjective benefits. This set has motor adjusting headrests as well as the motor recline feature. This was not mentioned in the description anywhere. Also not mentioned are that there are USB charging ports on the side and a "home" button that when pressed and held, returns all motion back to the "standard" position. The couch is on the firmer side which we like. The massage is not impressive, but we did not buy it for that. The heat is a nice feature. Overall, we are really impressed with this set, especially for an instant savings price of $3000.

We ordered this for our finished basement. It arrived earlier than the original ETA. We didn't get the full effect of the included white glove delivery because the opening to our basement is tricky and the delivery guys didn't want to risk it. Fair enough - we opted to coordinate with a moving crew we were familiar with. They were able to take the rails off the sofa and loveseat to make it easier to work with and had everything down the stairs and set up in no time. The upholstery is soft and I like the variation of its appearance - more forgiving when you have kids. The cushioning is firm, but not hard. Love the dual recline feature. The heated seats are perfect for a chilly basement. The massage is nice. The LED lights are bright, so we don't typically use them. In a perfect world, it'd be cool if you could dim them, or change colors, but that's not a deal-breaker. I like how you can press and hold the circular button that also controls the light and it will automatically reset everything. It's nice to not have to undo everything separately before getting up from your seat. Overall, we are thrilled with the set. We would have had to pay easily another $1500-2000 more for a set like this from another retailer.

The furniture looks nick but quality is horrible. The chair broke withing the first 4 day as the heat, message, and light panel quit worling. Fought with customer service for a couple weeks. And now 4 months later the couch has done the same and quit with lights, heat, and message and the love seats lights quit. Customers service has ghosted me a refused to fix the issues while still under the 1 year warrenty. Abbysons horrible services.

Chair stop letting out soon after got it ! The blue lights don't work !!
