We bought this 4 weeks ago and put it together our selves and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It was very easily read directions with very few oopys involved. We love it..

The structure is nice but was missing several screws needed to attach the roof. The guys we hired to asseble the gazebo had to go to hardware stores to finally find replacement screws snd they were expensive!

We needed something to cover our sauna and cold plunge, this 14 x 12 gazebo fit perfectly! Absolutely NO missing parts and extra bolts and screws. Easy directions to follow. Great construction design to make a very strong stable gazebo!

We bought the gazebo a few weeks ago and installed it this past weekend. It is a very well made product and very well organized. We had a few issues but they were cleared up immediately via chat online. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this directly from your company. The delivery person was very professional and helpful with making sure the boxes were intact. The boxes are heavy and cumbersome for older adults.

The gazebo was installed in November. Looks great and very sturdy. Can’t wait to use it this spring. Wonderful addition to the deck. Installation was done by our contractor but he was impressed with the instructions and quality of the product.
