Bought this with the installation. The installers were quick in building it and the installation cost and time were reasonable. The gazebo looks nice and is sturdy. Hung lights on the perimeter as well as the inside of the gazebo and it looks grea. The only downside is that the clip to the cover for the power plugs broke during installation. It's very fragile and I think they could've done a better job designing that to make it more durable. The cover just does not close well and locked in the close position. Otherwise, it's a nice looking gazebo and it's done well in the heat and the rain so far.

Wanted a sturdy gazebo (after yrs of dealing with the canvas top type & having to worry about the weather demolishing it) This was a great choice-from the excellent delivery service, well packaged cartons (not one piece was damaged, none missing), fairly clear directions, to the finished, assembled structure. Husband (66 yrs old) assembled by himself with 3 'youngins' helping to raise the roof (all exactly as was suggested in company description). Beautiful solid gazebo-met our expectations & hoping it holds up to the weather

Despite shipping delays this is a great gazebo. We did the installation ourselves if your handy and have the correct rooms it isn't so bad follow the instructions that were very clear and you will be fine however it did take me and my husband about 4 days to complete we worked on it a little at a time. The roof most definitely needs 3 to 4 people. But once it was done I'm completely satisfied with it tons of compliments also the power port is a well added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new gazebo. It is well built and roomy. We use it during summer for family get togethers or just sit and relax in. It is spacious and comfortable and with the breeze coming in it is just wonderful.

This gazebo was just what we needed to fully wnjoy our back patio!! We built it ourselves and you defeinlty need three people at minimum for putting the roof pieces up. However all the direction on the paper and the Bilt app, were clear and easy to follow! Highly recommed!

Very nice product, but do yourself three favors. 1) Download the BILT app. This helps clear up any doubts you have about how things go together. You still have to pay attention to the details of the instructions! 2) Don't get in a hurry. Make sure you take the time to make sure the parts are properly aligned before tightening things down. This will aid in proper fit in subsequent steps. 3) Have plenty of room to lay out the six cartons that this unit comes in. I was killing myself trying to make sub-assemblies in one side of my garage and digging through boxes while it poured down rain outside. Also, it's really nice to have help. It DOES TAKE THREE PEOPLE to install the roof panels. After some struggles, still Very happy with this piece.

Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely need 2 strong backs and 1 helping hand to set the roof pieces into place. Download the BILT APP and that will help tremendously. Read the directions and watch the App video, multiple times to get familiar. Put everything together exactly in the order in the directions. I accidentally skipped a step and had to go back and start over. Put this together by myself other than hiring the 2 strong backs to help put roof on. 2 THUMBS UP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my gazebo for its durability and great looks. As soon as it went up people have been stopping by to get a better look. I have it lakeside with a fire pit near by. It’s been a grat place for neighborhood gatherings.

I originally gave a very poor review of this gazebo. Upon completion I'll bump it up to 3 stars. It does look nice once assembled. Assembly is a pain especially considering extra assembly is required to save them on shipping costs. Removing blue stickers from metal was a nightmare and the large amount of 1" lumber warped in the heat. All in all assembly wasn't the worst and it looks nice.

Save yourself a lot of time and money and build your own. This is all cheap 1" wood. You have to spend an hour finding 5 different numbered boards, numerous numbered nuts and bolts, to bolt them all together to make what should be just a 2x6x14 to save them on shipping costs. Wood scratches and mars easily when assembling making it look terrible before it's even up. Sheet metal is cheap and thin and arrived dented. Nothing lines up like it's supposed to cheap 1" wood warped and bowed immediately after short, which took an hour to sort into numerical pikes of wood and hardware. I am amazed at all the 5 star reviews, they must be fake. I'm a contractor and could have bought nice redwood and sheet metal and been done eith my own in a two days. 6x6s are fake and hollow inside, pre drilled holes don't line up, metal sheets don't line up. This was a mistake.
