I bought this several months ago and assembling it a little at a time. The roof panels are going to be a challenge without at least three people. The instructions are very good--No problems with assembly. We put a couple coats of sealer on to further protect the wood.

When the boxes came they were mangled from shipping. Several hundred pounds of wood boards shipped in a cardboard box is kind of a disaster. I was thrilled to find that we were only missing a couple pieces and nothing was broken. Customer service was so pleasant to work with for quick replacement. My husband a teenage boys love building lego sets, so building this was right up their alley. I tried to help and quickly discovered the important of details. I tapped out and just let the experts handle it. I have a beautiful gazebo. It withstood the winter. Snow slid off as it's designed to. I can't wait for spring.

I needed replacement parts on 2 items. I spoke with Payton and she asked what I needed and where to send them. How great that is where I was not challenged on what happened. It is rare today to talk to da friendly and helpful customer service agent who I'm sure is reflecting the attitude of the entire company. I would highly recommend products from Backyard Discovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking gazebo! I built the whole project myself using only the instructions supplied. I did download the video, but the instructions were good enough to complete the project. The project is forgiving enough that you don't have to be exact on your measurements or squareness, but the closet you are, the easier it will go together for you. I poured four concrete pads for the legs and got those nice and level and I made them 24 inches square and that have me plenty of room to make adjustments to the awareness of the base once I started the assembly of all the component pieces. I would recommend at least two helpers when putting the roof pieces up because they were too awkward for me to get them in place by myself. My only complaint is that one piece of structure was damaged by a tomorrow fork, but it turned out to be hidden once the project was completed and I didn't have to wait on getting a replacement part. Overall, great looking gazebo at a fair price! I'm glad it is finished and we can enjoy it. It took me about a month to finish it from sight prep to completion, but I did work alone on 95% of it, so a helper would save you a lot of time.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. We purchased our Cordova 14X10 Gazeebo in July and had it installed on our pool deck on four foot deep concrete footers. One of the main reasons we went with Backyard Discovery was the ability for the structure to withstand heavy winds. I live in the Tampa area and we just went through Hurricane Milton last night. I had major concerns about the metal roof and when I woke up this morning, the entire structure was completely intact. Apart from the being a beautiful structure, it’s amazing to see that it withstood 90 mph gusts and sustained winds of 75 mph for several hours. If you want a well built and beautiful pavilion, I’d highly recommend Backyard Discovery. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We purchased to include build. It all went smoothly and, in the Hill Country heat, this shaded area is an oasis poolside! Makes it very comfortable to both use the smoker and eat outside now. We are still decorating--a work in progress. Beautifully constructed, with electrical outlet and ample roofline to insure water (we need rain) sheds to the exterior. Thanks for helping we retirees to get this beauty built!

We purchased and assembled last summer. Very nice structure. Assembly was not the easiest but the instructions were clear and easy to read. Would recommend having several tall, strong people for assembly. Especially to lift the roof pieces into place.

We purchased our gazebo several months after moving into our new home. We had it professionally installed by a crew out of Columbus. They worked nonstop and knew what they were doing. Both the delivery and installation exceeded our expectations, every visitor has noted the quality of materials and workmanship. We added all of the extras to personalize our beautiful outdoor space and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and joy it brought us this past spring and summer. We can’t wait for next spring!
