Let me note that I am giving 5 stars to the gazebo only. As far as the assembly company..GoConfigure..if there were negative stars I would give them that. Worst experience dealing with this company. Unless you have time to make it a part time job calling them EVERY day for installation information, don't pay for the installation. They do not contact you and do not believe when it says installation usually within 10 days of delivery. It was such a frustrating, exhausting time getting the same runaround answers when I called. So bottom line is the gazebo is very nice but I would never use GoConfigure for anything ever again.

Its a great product. The amount of money you pay for assembly vs what you get is awful. The person (Laura) is scheduled the assembly was great very nice and helped out a lot. I thought it was a bit fishy that you have to pay extra for in to be installed on concrete. The payment method for it was to be sent via Zelle with no invoice. I think that was a hustle on there part. The boxes were dropped out in the middle of my driveway for me to move to the assembly area (i was advised by phone that I had to move them the team would not). The assembly team left all the trash. It was lots of trash, boxes and freight crates. I would recommend saving the assembly cost.

Looks great, took about 2 days to put together. Very happy with it so far.

They steps were surprisingly simple and very well documented. All of the pieces fit precisely. I called support twice for clarification. Both times I did not waot on hold and got a helpful answer quickly and with any language or accent barrier.

Stained and sealed it before assembling and it looks great. I would recommend better anchors (Red Devil) than what comes with gazebo. I wish Backyard Discovery offered custom fit sun shades.

I bought this on March 17th and paid an extra $800 for installation. It is yet to be installed. Excuse after excuse. Lack of communication. Sam's will no longer have my business. They take your money for the install and wash their hands of it. They sub the work out to a larger company who in turn subs it out again to individual companies. Do not pay for the installation. Have someone else do it. Also, they will just drop it in the drive way while it is pouring down the rain. I reached out to the carrier to discuss delivery date and they agreed on a certain date so we were on a cruise. Was dumped on the drive way and the boxes were soaked.

So far a great product, some things could be improved
