As folks who has tackled numerous DIY projects, we can attest the clarity and detail provided n the instructions were unparalleled. each step was clearly outlined, accompanied by detailed diagrams and labeled pieces, making the assembly process remarkably straightforward. The use of the precision pre-drilled components streamlined the installation process as well. We chose the Barrington 20x12 Gazebo after searching for several months for just right Gazebo. We can proudly say that the THIS exceeded our expectations in every way, providing us with a magnificent sanctuary to cherish the beauty of our butterfly garden and honor the memory of a beloved family member that passed on Christmas day 2022. Its exceptional design, durability, and ability to evoke a sense of peace and comfort make it an invaluable addition to our backyard oasis. We are truly grateful for the serenity, family gathering space and beauty it has brought to us.

Our recent purchase of this gazebo has made the perfect addition to our patio. It has brought us from inside to the great outdoors more than before we had it. I bought this a few weeks ago and we are in love with it. Our back deck is all sun and it is too hot to spend time out there. We bought a few cheaper quality gazebos that didn’t last and decided to get a high quality one this year. We were highly impressed on the quality. Delivery updates were provided and it was delivered on time. The delivery persons were courteous and handled everything professionally. The directions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, extra screws are provided if you drop or lose one and it was overall easy to put together. We were concerned about putting on the roof pieces, that they would be too heavy-but they were not. My husband and I were able to lift them into place easily. We needed to contact the company regarding an error my husband made with the screws. Customer service was great and they put the screws in the mail promptly. This is a company that stands behind their product!! I would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this a surprise for my wife a few months ago. She was looking at gazebos in stores and always wanted one. I saw this gazebo and never saw anything like it before! The size, sturdiness, and with outlet! So i purchased it along with professional builder plan to have it built for her as well. She was so surprised when she came home and it was already built (only took two installers a few hours). She couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked, she told me that she has never seen anything like this in stores. Let me give you the most honest feedback…This gazebo exceeded all mine as well as her expectations! We have hosted a few family gathering and got do many compliments on it. I even referred a couple of family members to the website to purchase one because they loved it so much.

I was impressed that all the pieces were marked and the directions were easy to follow. I would buy other products form Backyard Discovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes definitely more than one day to put together. Loved the pre-drilled holes. Remodified the roof trim to underneath the tin roofing instead of over the top. Pieces of lumber need to be marked a little better. Though now that it is complete it adds more appeal to our yard.

I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY, and if you do you will be very happy with how it goes together very well. I did have a few questions along the way and I called the 800 number any got someone right away and they were very helpful. Very happy with the Gazebo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed this a month ago, the install process is lengthy so I recommend packaging with an install. The only real issue is the kiln dried wood dried warped over time, so try and keep the product out of the sun If installing over multiple days. As with most kits, the most time consuming process is sorting parts. Overall I have gotten lots of compliments and would recommend this product.
