Love the look of this gazebo. Does take some time to put together but well worth the work. Everything matched up perfectly. We had a couple parts missing out of the boxes. Luckily was some of the last pieces needed. Called customer service and they jumped on it quickly. That was extremely appreciated!!

My son, nephew, cousin and I had fun spending time together while building the gazebo. I had a few questions and your customer service was extremely helpful and kind.

So far we love it. No issues whatsoever. The installation portion took me a little longer than expected, and certain parts of the process definitely require 2, or even 3, people but its all very doable. All of the parts/pieces seem to be good quality, and the instructions are mostly pretty easy to understand.

It took us a few days to put together and I am not handy at all. I was concerned about sturdiness but once it’s complete, it’s solid! I love the look of it. I would highly recommend this gazebo! All the parts were in the boxes, make sure you pre-drill the holes like it says in the instructions. Great product. Please make a mosquito net and sun screen for it Backyard!

Not going to lie-this thing is a beast to out together. The directions could be a tad clearer for the average person. There are very specific ways to attach things and if anything is backwards it’ll mess up the whole thing. We ended up having to drill a few additional holes to assemble the roof panels. It’s not perfect, but it’s sturdy and looks great! Take your time and have 2-3 people to help. :)

My wife and her friend saw this gazebo at Sams Warehouse for $1600. Price was right so we ordered it right away. They let us know that Sams had ordered 6 of these and wasnt expected to come in for quite a while. So I got on to the internet to find it somewhere else. Now when I was doing this it was right before Mothers Day and this was going to be perfect for her in the backyard. In my search i found this same gazebo on your website Backyard Discovery. But at a substantually higher cost $2400. My wife didnt like it but I ordered it anyway knowing it was going to be here the following week. . Timing was perfect for her Mothers Day. I bought it and our sons came to put it together on Mothers Day. I have to say this kit was really well thought out. the instructions were so easy to follow. Even for this dum truckdriver. Assembly is fairly easy, it took us 2 days to put it up with the help of our friends! Now we can enjoy eating out more by the backyard with this beautiful gazebo!

Let me syart by sayonf I dont wrie reviews but was so impressed with this I wanted to share my thought and give credit where credit is due. My mom purchased this after having 2 steel frame with cloth covers for the past several years with the hassle of trying to get replacemnt covers. I researched the Cordova. We live in Northeast and need to have at least 40 pound per square foot snow load. This exceeded the regional snow rating and I also liked the all wood frame construction. I've built alot of things over many years from house framing to steel buildings and am usually dissappointed with kit type products being a professional. This was really easy to put together and alot of detail was put into the design as well as the assembly manual. Everything was very clear and easy to follow step by step. As long as you can read and have some skill I thing even someone without extensive construction skills could assemble one of these. I am completely satisfied with the finished product it goes beyond my expectations and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice product at a reasonble price.
