Multi Bell Sweet Peppers are crisp, full of flavor, and I have been able to use them in many ways: dip holders when whole, fresh veggies for dipping, they create a depth of flavor in soups and other recipes, and make delicious entrees. I recently purchased a multi-pack of different colored bell peppers, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Each pepper was crisp, firm, and incredibly fresh—no soft spots or signs of wilting. The variety of colors (red, yellow, orange, and green) made my meals not only taste great but look beautiful too. They were perfect for everything from stir-fries and salads to roasting and snacking raw. Definitely a great value for the price, and I’ll be buying this pack again. Highly recommend!

They're just ok - half of the peppers started to wrinkle (decay) less than 24 hours after purchase. Far less quality than that of peppers bought at other wholesale stores *wink*. They would be ok if you plan to use them immediately or prep & freeze.

We use these for roasting and omelettes!
