I recently purchased the 8" Express Griddle with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. One of the most glaring drawbacks is the absence of temperature control, which severely limits its versatility in cooking various dishes. The lack of this basic feature is quite disappointing, as it restricts precise temperature management, leading to inconsistent results.Moreover, the griddle's build quality leaves much to be desired. The top feels alarmingly wobbly, giving off a sense of instability that is concerning. It's disconcerting to feel like the appliance could potentially fall apart during use, undermining confidence in its durability and safety.While the price point might initially seem reasonable, considering the subpar performance and shaky construction, I can't help but feel that I could have invested my money more wisely in a better-quality griddle. Overall, my experience with the 8" Express Griddle has been underwhelming, and I would caution others to explore alternative options before making a purchase.

This griddle is very handy. I use the mini griddle all the time for "buns", and now this larger size if very handy for pancakes or just warming up meats, cooking eggs and even making pizza crusts - I even cooked pork chops when I didn't want to dirty a larger skillet. It is very versatile and cleans up easily.

This is the perfect size for me. I can do eggs and hash browns at the same time for a fantastic breakfast. These little gadgets are great for an empty nester who does not want to heat up the entire stove top or their oven to cook a meal. Keep up the great work DASH :)

We have used this several times now and it has a large enough base and heats hot enough to fry an egg and turn it over if you want. It will make one bread-slice size for French toast and cooks sausages etc. I find it works best with a teaspoon or less of oil or butter on the base...But should be washed with a soap and water cloth after use. So far we are very pleased with the productI do not want my name shown in the review So I will not complete this review.

Love it I’m a widow and it’s perfect for my way of eating . I cook very little now being I’m a vegetarian who fallowed the Mediterranean diet. Great for grilling veggies and making cloud bread or my gluten free pizzas on . My my Georgia cornbread turned out perfect every time.I have collected so many dash products . Even bought them for others to enjoy.

We bought the griddle over 2 years ago and have used it almost daily for eggs and other breakfast foods. It still worked fantastically however our light cover had come off and esthetically we just wanted a brand new one. For the price, the value on these things is phenomenal and we plan on looking into their full product line for future purchases! We have a very small kitchen and so these countertop gadgets are priceless for us! Can't wait to try new items!

Round and large enough to quickly cook more than servings for just one. Heats quickly and with the two times I’ve used mine the heat seems to be evenly distributed. Gift recipients have told me how pleased they are with theirs. We all like the varied colors, an extra perk.

I received my griddle for Christmas and I must say it is a workhorse. Ive fixed pancakes, eggs, pizza, cornbread, sandwiches and so much more. All the Dash products I have a great. This item is used almost daily in our home. Takes up little space on countertop. Heats up very quick and easy to clean. Thank you Dash for making a quality product that does what it says it will do. You will love this griddle.

I didn’t expect it to be this convenient and easy. I love love love this product. First thing I made was eggs over easy without having to flip it. They came out beautiful. I continued to make three more people, two eggs and it fit in here very comfortably (2 at a time)and very little butter at the bottom to lubricate but if I didn’t want to I really didn’t need to. Nonstick works great.

I bought a non-stick spray but quickly learned I didnt need it. I made pancakes (chocolate chip!) on this and nothing sticked. I also cooked sunny side up eggs right after and still didnt need any oil & still no sticking! Really easy clean up as well. Very pleased.
