There is no pick up option so we had it shipped. It is intended to be a gift. Well, it's not shipped inside a box or anything- so our gift is dirty, with shipping damage & a mailing label right on front that does not peel off nicely. Have no idea how the product works but the box was not sealed shut in any way either so who knows. Very dissatisfied with the delivery of the product! Think twice if gifting!

Our first time using. We made quesadillas. They were great!! I like the 8” size and love the easy cleanup! We used an old tortilla maker for years and after the last nasty cleanup I decided it was time for something new. We are very pleased with our choice!!
