Makes the best pancakes, and quesadias byvfar. Grill cooks evenly & quick and there is no temperature control. If the grill gets too hot, then simply unplug it. I never had to do that cooking for 1 or 2 people. Everything just slides out from the grill onto your plate, especially the eggs.I just spray with olive or canola oil to keep it healthy. Wipe down with damp paper towels to clean it, easy peasy!Buy it you will love it!

I got since I wanted a little more space to cook full meal for 1. I had small version but only room for one item. Easy to maintain; just wipe with damp cloth. This diabetic will use often.

The griddle is the perfect size for my cooking needs and kitchen space. So far, everything I have cooked in it has been successful: Pancakes, omelets, small burgers, even toast, all cooked just as I like them.
