It will not connect via Bluetooth with my laptop only my iphone

I purchased these a month ago love the upgraded version of the Bose headphones.

It broke after 2 uses and won't connect to any Bluetooth and will not factory reset.

My wife and I bought to share for meditation. And now we are getting a second set.

I like them however sometimes sounds are weird. They cost alot and fall off your head easily.
