Met all my expectations. Great sound and noise cancellation. I can't use earphones comfortably as my right ear canal is narrow. The ear cups are so well padded it is very comfy to wear. Battery seems to be lasting for awhile. Would buy again

I got them for Christmas and they've been amazing, except now my volume down button doesn't work. I don't know what happened because they stay in my case when I take them places.

I've had these for a couple of months now. I LOVE them! Bought to replace some BOSE I've had for over 3 yrs but loaned to my son and he didn't want to give them back! The sound is amazing, quiet mode is superb and battery life is out of this world!

I've had a number of Bose headphones, and they seem to continually degrade in quality. Sound is still great, but connectivity is unreliable, durability is noticeably worse (particularly in the muffs) and I found better quality noise cancelling in other brands. Huge fan of Bose, I think they just need to return more focus to quality.

arguably my best investment. i bought these two years ago and they still work practically as good as new. battery life is still amazing, with around 24 hours of listening on a single charge. noise cancellation is excellent, especially on quiet mode. very comfortable, and i have small ears so some headphones hurt after time but not these. sound quality is superb, but has slightly declined over time. the only other issue is that it gets staticky on occasion, but it doesn't last very long and doesn't happen often. amazing headphones and extremely worth the price.

I've had this product for over a year and it has always performed. The only down side is the aux card that comes with it is cheaply made and breaks easy but besides the great product. Another annoying thing is that when you go to buy a replacement aux cord they don't have the color you've originally had
