I bought this headphones a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with them. The sound quality is perfect, and they are so comfortable. The noise cancellation is so impressive and I am very satisfied with them :D

Pros: Comfortable and ANC is great Cons: ANC is always on (Aware mode just turns on the headphone mic) and the sound is a little weird, I use the app eq to turn down the highs and mids down and the bass up

I am still trying to figure out why Bose places so much emphasis on noise cancellation when most individuals want the best sound quality. In other words, stop with BS and try to figure out how to improve the sound.

These headphones are an amazing product, they have amazing noise cancellation, I love that you are able to adjust the sound quality of the headphones.

I replaced my old Bose headphones with this model and am very happy with the Bluetooth feature as well as the smaller case. It was easy to set them up and connect with my phone. We travel a lot and find the headphones invaluable.

Had a few weeks, you cannot beat the comfort, noise canceling and clear sound. It does seem to be a problem that occasional whoever I am speaking to cannot hear me. I have to keep it charging quite awhile as it doesn't seem to last all day.
