[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed my first pair of wireless headphones for a trip I was taking. I had a very old pair of Bose noise canceling headphones from the days of AAA batteries for power. They were great but these wireless Comfort 45's are the bomb!

Unfortunately - they stopped cancelling noise! There's a difference between quiet and aware mode, but the quiet mode doesn't work nearly as well as it used to. The microphone also stopped working almost entirely, it seems to only pick up about 10% volume, which is possibly why the noise cancelling feature stopped working.

Overall it's a great product but my only problem is that when using to talk with people over the phone, I'm often told that I sound either far away or my voice sounds low. Don't Know why that happens but it does. Other than that it's a great product with very good noise cancellation.

I love Bose products and am a loyal customer - from aviation to home theatre to headsets for travel and personal use. This headset is very nice and the price is right BUT I would really appreciate the ability operate two headsets at the same time so my wife and I can watch the same video while flying. We really like the headsets but it would be great to have Bluetooth capabilities to operate both for the same video/audio feed from an iPad rather than have to revert to wired connections.

I am so shocked listening to my QC45. I am a Bose lover abd this is the only product that really let me down. I am so dissappointed. The SQ is so poor. Volume sound is too low even at max. Bass is so lacking sounded like a cheap headphone sorry to say. Overall body of sound seems like thin. I have several bose earfons..bluetooth speakers..also qc35 headphone. All of them dont sound like this new bose tbh. I hope bose able to improve th SQ by software update. Hopefully. Please!!
