I'm a head-fier that experienced many headphones and own several today. The QC45 is a great addition to my collection. It's perfect for using during the work. The reason is the best comfort I ever experienced. Both wearing them for multiple hours and sound-wise - the sound profile is super non fatiguing. EQ is a big plus, allowing to adjust the sound to my liking. I'm also using them for zoom calls and answering my phone. Highly recommended!

This is my 7th bose product. The quality is no doubt there. The sound is really good and the noise cancelling works better then any currently found on the market. If I hade to say one negative thing, I'd identify the wear on the pads after 2-3 years of use. At the price point, Bose should ensure that the product stays perfect until they actually die. My other pair was starting to shed and rip. PS: the gender list should include a "prefer not to say" option.

The Quiet Comfort 45 headphones are incredibly comfortable. They form a nest around my ears so there's no pressure on my ears at all. They also provide great noise reduction that allows me to focus on document editing for work or just to get a break from the constant barrage of background sounds in the office or at home. They also have outstanding battery life. The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because, unless I just haven't figured it out yet, the headphones MUST be linked to some device via Bluetooth when they are turned on, or they will beep every few seconds and say they are attempting to pair. Even if you don't play any sound through that device, the headphones need to be paired to something. Sometimes I just want to block out sound and not be paired to anything though as it can be an inconvenience.

I got this about 2 weeks ago and I love them. They are phenomenal at noise canceling and that is what I was looking for. Should have bought a long time ago instead of getting less expensive brands. They are on the pricey side but in this case you get what you want.

I bought the QC45 headphones after Skullcandy kept messing with me. These headphones are superior when considering the "aware" mode - it's like you took the phones off! Also, the sound quality is outstanding! Best I have had without going professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the wired Bose QuietComfort 20 earbuds for over half a decade and they've been perfect. I've always had LG Smartphones with their incredible 32-bit Hi-Fi QuadDAC which only works through the 3.5mm jack. I wanted a set of over-the-ear blietooth noise-canceling headphones for on the go and at home listening. After trying the Sony MK4, I chose the QC45's. The Sony's were nice, but the build quality and durability reviews left a lot to be desired. So far these QC45's have delivered everything and more. Pairing is seamless. Build quality is best-in-class...but what always sets Bose apart is their tech support and customer service. Where they fall short is the software and app. It's fine for what it does, but the lack of EQ is head-scratching. There's always hope that Bose will add it in an update, but the omission out of the box is glaring. The sound quality for phone calls also leaves you wanting, but only on the other end. My end is fine. I would again think that this should be corrected in a software update. That said, I love these headphones. Of course they won't equal the sound quality of a top-tier wired headphone, but that's not their use case. What they provide is a quality sound experience, all-day comfort, and the backing of a great customer service department.

I have a new pair of this headset, and i want to use it in class, but when everyone else can listen along, i dont really think ita good. I am a bit sad, because they are so expensive. So if you only listen at low levels go for it.

I had the Bose QC 35 (previous generation headphones) for about five years when they started turning on by themselves (when OFF), draining the battery, and not working when trying to turn them on. I reached out to Bose and they replaced for free my old QC 35 for the new QC 45. I am just so happy!

My work laptop is a Mac and doesn't have classic USB ports. Using my Corsair headset was out of the question. I bought these because I knew they'd be great! The sound is always amazing and the range I walk within my house is far. These have are the best headphones ever!

I first purchased the original QC-1 headset many years ago. I was flying about 48-50 weeks a year. The technology built into them took all the background noise of the engine wine right out! The technology has improved through the years to the current QC45 headset. I purchased a set for my wife and she LOVES them. I would HIGHLY recommend this headset to take out the background noise if you travel by airplane or just utilize them for a phone meeting or just watching a movie. Bose also stands behind the product if you have any questions, concerns or issues.
