I have used these lint rollers in the past especially since we have a dog who sheds a lot. I use them on a regular basis to keep fur off my clothes and I also keep one in my car to do quick touch ups when the dogs rubs against me as I'm leaving the house. I also recently picked up a useful tip - since the tick population has exploded this year, I keep a Scotch-Brite Lint Roller by my house door. When I come in from gardening or other yard work I use the roller on my clothing to catch any ticks before they can attach to me or transfer into the house.

We don't buy them often, because they really do last a long time. One sheet generally serves our purposes for each use. Rarely do we need to use a second sheet to complete the job. The shedding hair doesn't come off in clumps, but rather one at a time. The lint roller picks up the hair from clothing very effectively.
