Flawed design. Has that annoying gap between the heating element and the frame. And the instructions say not to get it wet? How are you supposed to clean in there when things will inevitably spill? There's no way to get in there to clean it. I returned it.

First time buying a Dash product but it met my expectations. The ceramic nonstick griddle heats/cooks evenly, easy to clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend this product to friends and family.
