I got this for Christmas and finally set it up for breakfast this morning. I love the color and the design. I cooked bacon first so I love that it has a channel that the bacon fat drains into the drip tray. In my opinion the tray could be a bit bigger like my last griddle. I cooked 1 lb of bacon and had to hurry and empty the tray because it was full. I love the design of the cord because my kitchen is very small and the counter space I use my griddle on is right next to my fridge so I appreciate this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this griddle for free for an honest review. I confess that I'm very impressed by this griddle, I used for few times and the versatility to use is crazy, just plug in a outlet and turn the heat or temperature you want, it's pretty fast. Very easy to clean, very practical, the size also is good you can cook for a lot of people at same time I felt like I had indoor blackstone lol. The ceramic is also a very good idea for this griddle is definitely durable. Pretty happy about this product. 😀

It cooks breakfast & dinner equally well. We bought it as a breakfast griddle, but I was very happy to learn I could cook our burgers on it too, as our BBQ hasn't been working lately. It drains fat from bacon & burgers very well & seems to cook evenly too.Best of all clean up is so easy...just remove the cord, lift off the top & pop it in the dishwasher!I would've liked a slightly larger cooking surface, but I understand the issue with making it larger...if it were bigger, it would be less likely to fit in the dishwasher...it's already a snug fit. So, we just cook bacon, then eggs & do hash browns in the toaster oven at the same time...it works for a ready to go breakfast for the family!

I use this griddle at least every other day and it does very well! It's a great size and easy to use, gets hot quickly. My only complaint is trying to wash it, as it doesn't come apart but luckily it's light to transport to the sink so it's easier to wipe clean.

I loved the griddle when I first bought & used it. However, I was only able to use for 2-3 months. When I plug in my griddle, while in "off" setting & remaining in off setting, it is on and heats up very hot. The only way I've been able to make anything, such as bacon, is by cooking while it is "off." I've reached out 3 times with no response from Dash or retailer. I'm disappointed I was only able to use for a few months, I looked forward to getting this griddle for a long time.

Just like the othe Dash products I had purchased, this did not disappoint. What used to take me a long time to whip up breakfast in the morning before the kids go to school, was cut in half! Truly nonstop and cleaning and maintaining the product is very easy. Another great product by Dash. Thanks!!

I like it! My husband wanted me to get a new griddle because the one we had did not have the heating element go through the center of the griddle just around the perimeter. the deluxe model of this griddle has the heating element go around the perimeter and in the center. It works great! We like this product a lot and received our new Dash toaster yesterday and it is amazing and tomorrow will receive our new popcorn popper! This company makes very quality products! Thank you Dash!

At 1st we enjoyed the griddle until we had issues with where the power cord plugs into the griddle. The plug started to get loose and it would not keep the griddle on. Contacted Dash and the griddle was replaced. This griddle was purchased 09/27/2020. Unfortunately the same issue started with the replacement griddle a few months ago. This time when I contacted customer support on 04/27/2023 they were not helpful and I requested to speak to a supervisor, not possible in their system, however would be contacted within 48 hours. 05/02/2023 Susan finally contacted me. After letting her know about the safety issues with a power cord that is loose and a potential safety/fire issue, her concern was for Dash's bottom line! She is more concerned about Dash loosing money than a consumer using a product that could be a fire hazard, worst care, or it melts and not the griddle is no longer functional!

I need to experiment more with how to get the best results. Mr first use was a fried egg without greasing the plate, and it stuck. Maybe the plate was too hot? My second use was pancakes. I very lightly greased the plate only when I first started, and I was able to use up all the batter without having to re-grease the plate. None of the pancakes stuck one bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this griddle. It was very versatile. You could cook so many different meals on it. It heated up quickly and cooled down quickly. It was a great size to fit a lot of items on it. It wiped clean super easily. I'm excited to use this product!
