[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are a great choice if you're looking for something with great audio and comfortable fit. I purchased these a while back and they have never failed me once. I lost them before and was able to track them with the app.

These things are great for that! And if I ever lose track of them I can easily find them with the samsung find app. I've been using these buds since them came out and they still sound and work like new.

Frequently looses sound in both ears. Sent it back to Samsung support 2 times. Both timrs they send it back workung perfectly, and within 2 weeks the same problem. 95% sound loss in both buds. They should issue a refund or free upgrade. These are total garbage.

They have a nice glossy light purple color and are quick to charge regularly or wirelessly and they hold a charge for a very long time. They sound phenomenal and also have many features im a huge fan of!! Can't wait to upgrade to the new galaxy bud 3 pro to see what's in store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seeing I do not know how to properly use Galaxy ai with this series of buds ; I will now research and update at a later time. These buds are forevermore impressive than previous version, however majority of the like function of other buds have been removed. One function is the ability to chirp and find buds when misplaced. In a previous version of buds I still own and use daily when I can't locate my buds 2 pro. Given smart things can pin point location the chirp function puts the bud right in your hearing distance making them easier to locate. The compability of the buds with other Samsung devices have also diminished as I can't travel as far from my device with the buds 2 pro. As stated I will research and update my review pending performance of galaxy ai function while wearing my buds 2 pro and update. Until than Go Samsung as you have been my familiess' go devices.

I bought these and traded in my buds+. To be honest I regret trading my old buds because now i have no backups. Since I have started wearing these a few weeks ago my ears have been irritated and itchy where the plastic part lays just inside the ear. I thought maybe it was my preggo hormones since I have sensitive skin, but upon digging further online I see others have had this same complaint. I do not know of any allergies to silicone but I certainly have a Nickel allergy and these buds have nickel in them. I am not sure why if others complained about this woth the Bud+ pro, why Samsung didn't remove this flaw. I now have a nice, pretty lookin pair of buds I simply can not use! A complete waste of money and cause of discomfort. I have not been able to get them to stay in correctly either, prior to the irritation Issue. The outside of my ear lobes are raw and scaley now from these buds. I tried cleaning them and same result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from the first Galaxy buds Pro to these and wow what a difference in Sound Quality and battery life. These are worth every penny. If you aren't into the new design of the Buds 3Pro, these are keepers. A Perfect set of earbuds.

First use was a cross country bus trip and these were phenomenal for keeping my conversations and content private. Almost a year later I still find them indispensable at my employment regardless of weither or not I'm listening to the news or on a digital meeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I wanted earbuds that offer an impressive listening experience, and they deliver. First, I appreciate the level of synchronicity between my Samsung phone and the ear buds. There are some great features available with compatible devices. Second, the Active Noise Cancelling- these do a great job blocking typical noise. Some can get through, but for the most part they function well. Third, the tips- I was not impressed with the typical silicone tips. Upgrading the memory foam tips enhanced the noise canceling. Overall, these earbuds deliver the experience I was seeking.
