[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my buds! I use them for everything from work calls to the gym. I love the clarity and ease to go from call to listen to music. It's very convenient that I don't have to take my buds out to have a conversation (although sometimes with active noise canceling there's a slight delay). The one thing that needs to be fixed is the find my buds option isn't always available or working..which can be annoying when you misplace one. But the replacement options make it a bit easier. Also beware of the occasional bug during software updates. Otherwise I love and wouldn't hesitate to get another pair.

The only draw back to them is they fall out of your ears easily and an accidental touch of them can hang up who you are talking with on the phone. The last sentence is minor compared to the excellent quality of the buds.

But when i need to keep a conversation, i don't need to take out my headphone, just let the sound enter with the settings or just touching the headphone it's change automatically

For years I have worn various others brands but if for whatever reason I leave home without my Samsung Watch 5 I feel somewhat lost. It was a wonderful present that keeps on keeping on.

I used to own the older pair of Samsung earbuds and they were perfect the way they sit in your ear, but I lost the right side so I purchased these because it was a newer model.. never again.. and now I can't find the older model anywhere!

They work great, and have purchased two live buds and am thinking about buying another buds pro 2. Sound clarity is phenomenal and the noise canceling feature us a must when traveling. I appreciate the improvements in the sound as well as form factor and fitment. Also, much easier to stop, advance, replay, etc. With the buds 2 pro. I'm very happy I upgraded, life just sounds better.
