I'm on client calls, attending trainings or listening to audio books and YouTube to learn new skills. They have worked well beyond my expectations. The sound and phone audio were my must haves. Fantastic. They charge quickly, especially with the excellent charging case and the last nearly all day on the first charge. The rubberized case has come off from being in a pocket with keys every single day for a year or more. And I do wish there was a tiny bit more hold in ear... But I general get by everyday activities with no problems. But these are extremely minor details. Absolute home run. Stellar experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the things that made my experience with the Samsung Buds Pro 2 so great was the bass, sometimes I find myself hearing tones and frequencies I never thought I could hear previously. It feels seamless as well, I rarely have my phone too far from my phone but even a bit of a distance away, it sounds incredible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise canceling works great. Recently I was on an airplane and didn't hear any of the motor noise till I turned off the Noise canceling. The only real downside would be that I can't track the buds as long as they are in their case.

I've had these for nearly a year. Fantastic sound quality, touch interface, and noise-cancelling effects. The case and buds feel great as well, with a grippy texture. That is, until the rubberized coding on the outside became to deteriorate after about 7 months of regular use. I take great case of the case and buds, but the coding is now a sticky, grayed residue. I can scratch it off. It's stickiness is now a major concern, given this was less than a year of use. I am hoping to have them replaced...

The sound quality is top notch and the active noise cancelling is 10/10. My only negative (and it's quite a big one) is that they don't seem to fit properly. My previous buds were very comfortable and secure but the plastic casing on the inside of the bud doesn't fit my ear and causes them to slide out easily. They also cause ear pain after prolonged use. To summarize: The technology is spot on but they dropped the ball on ergonomics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility of the buds 2 pro, being able to listen to music, listen to and speak in a zoom meeting. Make calls. Etc. Being able to control the settings from your phone is helpful for these scenerios. I have not had any issues with anyone not being able to hear me. My only complaint would be that they do not fit snug in my ear and fall out, but could just be my ear shape. When using Galaxi AI with the buds, I am able to hear any responses pretty quicky on the go.

They sit comfortably in my ear for me to run, jump and play with my kids. The battery life is better than the first set of Galaxy Buds I owned and I'm thankful for these not be as sensitive to touch as earlier models. Great buy. 9/10
