They're comfortable, easy to operate, and the sound quality is top-tier. I use them everyday at work and the ANC feature is the best that ive experienced so far. The Galaxy-AI integration is a great attribute to the device. I'm excited to see how Samsung will improve upon these fantastic earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds daily. My wife bought them for me as a birthday present. The battery life is good on the ear buds and the charging case. The sound quality is better with the surround sound off. I have tried on several occasions to run with my ear buds but they won't stay in my ear. To be honest I have a hard I hard time keeping the ear buds in just walking sometimes. The mic seems to need some work. When I am only wearing one while on a phone call, sometimes people have a hard time hearing me.

I bought the Galaxy buds pro 2 on December 2,2022 because they are supposed to be water/sweat proof. I work out regularly and put them to the test. Well, here it is October 17,2023, less than a year and the left earbud has little to no sound. No they are saying take it to the shop for repair, how sending a replacement pair. In short don't buy these things if you plan on working out and sweating. They will fail.

What more can you ask for in an expense pair of wireless ear buds. Electrical interference - check! Poor fit - check! Exposing a nickel alergy you never knew you had - check! I was excited when I found out I could trade in my original buds and get the new Buds2 Pro. Out of the box the sound quality improvement and noise cancellation was great. I was happy whilst sitting at my desk. The old buds had an electrical interference issue at very repetitive geographical locations. I've tried multiple Samsung phones and a competitors. I even thought my Samasun watch was the culprit. All things ruled out it turned out to be the buds. The Buds2 Pro did not fix this issue. Normally this would not be a big issue except that the one location is my fron yard which I spend a lot of time in. I have worn my on-ear wireless headphones multiple times in my front yard with zero issues. The Buds2 Pro have a less than desireable fit. No adjustable wings. The 3 sizes of "tip adapters" are fine but still not enough to keep them in my ears. the first time I had to shuffle across an intersection quickly I bud popped out of my ear a nearly wound up in a sewer. The worst issue of all however, making these a paperweight for me, is a nickle sensitivity that I never knew I had. For the first couple of months I had no issues. After a while my ears started to become painful, full of fluid, irritated, flaky skin, etc... I gave the buds a break because my ears were so messed up I couldn't wear them. After my ears healed enough I tried the Buds2 Pro again and things went south but I still had not clue it was from the Buds2 Pro. After letting my ears heal for 5 weeks I tried them again - 15 minutes and the ear pain came back. I stopped using them immediately and by that night my ears were extremely irritated with fluid build up and skin flaking.

The buds sounds awesome, but no matter what tips I put on them, includong third party, the design is just too shallow for my ears and they fall out very frequently.

The active noise cancellation effectively blocks out unwanted noise, enhancing the overall listening experience. The battery life is excellent, lasting through long listening sessions without frequent recharging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last 2 years these have been my go-to earbuds. These are amazing out of the box, sound quality is great, ANC is good not the best. The app make these earphones and the experience even better the EQ are excellent, personally I keep them on Dynamic. Really recommend these for any phones I'm currently using them with my s23 ultra but have use them with my OnePlus 11 and they work the same minus some animations.

Whether it be for audiobooks, music, lectures, etc. I was blown away with how good these buds are in both audio quality, but features and ease of use. When paired with my Galaxy phone (s21U). All I had to do was open the buds near my phone, and I was immediately prompted to finish the setup. The settings and controls for these buds are great and easy to use. I appreciate the software's ease of use. The active noise cancellation is fairly nice, it definitely can make a really loud background sound more manageable / sometimes can fully eliminate said sound so you can have a more e immersive audio experience.

Battery life: Very satisfied with how long they last about 5 hrs.
