They are an awkward shape for my ear and constantly fall out which is VERY ANNOYING. When I push them back in, it always pauses my music/stream causing me to have to do the action again which is again, annoying. I also don't like that they seem to suction into my ear when readjusting them causing a muffled sort of sound experience, almost like I am under water. Overall, they are just okay for me, I could take them or leave them.

Noise canceling is good could be better same with ambient. but the amount of features it has is outstanding touching my ear raises the volume very impressive.

The pairing is instant when I take one or both buds out to use. I have dropped the case but so far it's working really well and still charges. I can also manage the buds through the wearable app pretty easily along with my watch.

There is an ear fit test in the ear buds app to guarantee your getting the quality sound they produce. You can block out noises from your surroundings or invite it in for snooping or to be alert. You can set it to turn down off music when it hears you chatter so you can instantly jump into conversation. When there in it will read you your notifications. You can set it at a simple notification, a detailed notification or turn off notifications. You can turn on alerts for when you leave behind your ear buds or if you lose them go to the app and track the ear buds location. Hands down the best earbuds I ever had, and I am not surprised because Samsung made them!

That helps a lot when I'm trying to sleep and my boyfriend is snoring loud enough to bring walls down. The ear buds also fit snug and secure in my ears without sacrificing comfort. They stay charged for an astronomical amount of time so I don't have to worry about charging them every night. My phone calls sound clear and I've had no complaints from the callers saying they can't hear me. The minute I put them in my ears they connect right away to my phone. Overall they are amazing and I highly recommend them.

I find I cannot wear them for exercise because one will usually come out during activity. I've tried the different ear pieces to help with fit but I know I have small ear openings for an adult. I can wear a headband to try and keepnth fr being lost, but it is not 100%. Still love the quality of sound a d the option of going hands free.
