Got these with my new phone. The sound is fine but the fit really bites. They provide 3 different sizes of ear plugs and NONE of them provide a fit that the earbuds themselves consider a 'good fit.' I'm using the one that got the best feedback from their app (good fit/connection) but theyt still keep falling out of my ears. My older ones without the stem fit much better.

Brings me right into the zone so I can get through the workday without distractions. When I need to hear, I can easily turn off the noise canceling to have a conversation or listen in without removing the Buds or opening an app!

They have great active noise cancellation (ANC) that blocks out most background noise, and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is also good, with clear vocals and good bass response. I especially like the fact that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro have a vent system that helps to prevent earwax buildup. This is something that I've had a problem with with other earbuds, so it's great to see that Samsung has addressed this issue. Overall, I'm really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They're a great pair of wireless earbuds that offer a good balance of features, performance, and price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the previous generation of buds before, this version has a surprisingly even BETTER sound quality & diverse set of features that work wonderfully with my routine. It's wonderful getting to use them with at work or out in public when choosing the option to hear the real world around you. And even better when in your home since it can Block off virtually all other noises. That and it let's me customize my listening experience with a variety of setting such as dynamic or bass boosted (those being my favorite) on top of that. The appearance I love even more with its Matte, almost "velvety" covering and sleek minimal design.

I use them at work to drown out the noise of saws and it works super well! Battery life is great also I can usually use them for a couple of days before I need to charge.

We just couldn't see ourselves using anything other than these earbuds. I have small ears and these earbuds are the only ones that stays in my ears. I'm forever a loyal satisfied consumer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are so comfortable and work so well, I use them all day. I wake up and head for the gym, and that's where I start with them. I usually have a conference call or 2 at the gym, and it's great at filtering out the gym noise for the meetings (when I need to unmute to give my thoughts on something). From the gym, I go to work in a data center, which is noisy from all the computers, so I keep the noise canceling on and change to my work playlist. Then, on the way home (public transportation, bus), I listen to an audio book. I have a second pair so that I can transfer seamlessly between my Flip 4, S22 Ultra, laptops or tablets. I originally went through 3 pairs of the Buds Pro, from losing them out damaged, but these buds are much more comfortable, stay in better, and I haven't had any issues with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly a design issue, the external mics and sensors are difficult to keep clean. The external hole is too small and can get jammed easily, but because it's so small it's difficult to clean. Would've been great to add some kind of covering to prevent issues with clogging. Sound is wonderful as long as it doesn't have that issue though. Would love to see better battery life and true multipoint but they're certainly one of the best options - especially if you have a galaxy phone/tv/tablet.
