[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love galaxy 2 pro, I had all of galaxy the buds. 2 pro is the best. Previous galaxy pro constantly was falling from my ears. Galaxy + over time will hert ear canals. Sounds galaxy 2 pro is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these on a big discount when I ordered my s23 ultra phone. They are worth that price for sure. Pairing is super simple with my phone and even with my pixel tablet. Sound is great using them with my Amazon music. I used them the other day when mowing the lawn with my battery mower and I was surprised I didn't even have to turn them up louder. The noise canceling worked great. I took one star of because after recent update there have been some connection issues. It's not enough to bother me ( has only happened twice so far). I also think they should have a better app to control them. I have an anker over the ear set and I liked the app for those better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung ecosystem has matured in many ways. They have also continued to mature the buds. The bud2 pro have great sound and seamless integration within the Samsung ecosystem that's really amazing. The major issue I have personally is the fit of the buds when you insert them. They just aren't comfortable for anyone with a small ear canal. The shape of rhe body of the bud rubs too closely on the ear itself when you insert them with proper seal per the tutorial. Additionally nits if I had to offer one is that the noise canceling feature is not as good as the original bud pro.

Great noise canceling and automatically lowers sound of you begin to talk and allows you to hear. Then after a set amount of time resume noise canceling and return to original sound level. They work great on nights I have insomnia I can connect them to my samsung tv and not worry about the noise while my wife sleeps. (Blocks out her snoring!) My only complaint is they tend to dislodge if I cough that's pretty much it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many different buds by pretty much every brand out there. The Buds 2 Pro are definitely at the top of my list of favorites. The only other buds that I have tried that are just as good are made to really be used with the iPhone and that's the airpods pro 2. But I've now completely switched from Apple to Samsung. I have the Galaxy S23 the watch 5 pro and the buds 2 Pro. I haven't regretted it at all. Android is definitely not like it used to be the phone hasn't slowed or lagged at all. I can't wait for one ui 6 Android 14 to be released on my phone. But back to the buds. They sound great. They have a good amount of bass and the highs are there too without being overly sharp. They are the perfect size for my ears too. I can't believe they fit dual drivers in these. Anyway 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly enjoyed using the ear buds. High quality sound and the microphone seems to work well enough at eliminating back ground noise. There are times that the mic will pick noise but for the most part it isolates my voice well enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from apple to a Samsung galaxy and when I got the first galaxy buds (live) I wasn't impressed at all. I decided to spend the extra money on the buds 2 pro and I must say we'll worth the money. The bass is awesome the clarity is awesome and the last longer than any ear buds I've ever had!!

good audio quality but i cant enjoy most of it because the speakers eventually dir out and become really quiet. had to send in for the right bud to get a speaker replacement and now the left bud speaker is quiet and not working. i was so impressed at the first usage but not its really disappointing at how often i run into an issue. paired with my s22, i run into very choppy audio quality, but any other device like my chromecast or laptop it works perfectly. i hope to see much better with the 3rd gen 😔

From day 1, the Buds2 Pro hurt the inside of my ears (upper side, just outside of the ear canal). I thought I'd get used to it, but 5 days later and it's still painful to wear these. It's due to the extra bump on the buds. While these buds are supposedly packed with extra features, I can't get past the now forming blisters in both ears. I switched from original Buds (oval-shaped case) and love the way those fit but wanted better sound quality. My husband's Buds2 (not Pro) fit 100% better than these Pros. Sorry, Samsung - your improved technology should have also had a more comfortable fit, and these certainly didn't cut it. So disappointed.
