The Samsung Buds 2 Pro has checked all the boxes for me. I don't think I can find a higher quality set of buds with an excellent supporting app.

The sound from the buds are high quality, the sound is crisp and clear. I love the location feature of the ear buds; helps whenever you place a bud down and can't remember where. The only thing I would ask for improvement is for the location feature to be available for the case itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the enhanced hearing mode in labs for these Buds2 Pro. The aound quality is excellent with these. Deep base and high treble, I have heard stuff with the Buds2 Pro that I didn't ever hear before with lesser headsets and ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Buds 2 Pro every day! At the pool, beach, trail run and at my noisy manufacturing job. The ability to do so many handsfree tasks while I'm busy is really the selling point. Also, I've dropped the buds themselves and the case multiple times and they still work just as wonderfully as they did brand new! I wish they had Galaxy AI, I may have to upgrade for that. Overall, I love these buds!

I really wanted to love these! The sound is great the problem is they don't stay in my ears and I've tried many different tips. With them constantly trying to fall out you have to push them back in which trigger the touch controls so had to just turn them off. I'm so afraid of losing one that I don't wear them out or to the gym.

I love that I can send/receive messages, answer/end calls, track my steps & heart rate and take photos by setting my phone up and use my watch to take the picture and all the other many uses. Also, I really love the lavender colored armband and how comfortable it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds every day for listening to music while I work or going to the store. The ANC works very well, even on airplanes it did a great job of cancelling it out. They also don't hurt my ears after hours of use. Highly recommend them!

I bought these almost a year ago and this is my first review of the product. I'll be honest, at first I was super excited and happy with the buds even though they would fall out of my ears no matter what size I tried. I mostly used them at home in bed to watch a show on my phone or while gaming on my PC so their falling out didn't bother me much. However, within a few weeks, the sound became very static-like and was cutting in and out regardless of what they were connected to. I had attempted to see if an update was needed but to no avail. In the end, I felt like I had wasted my money but I am a hermit and can't handle people too well so I never got them replaced. I just bought something else instead, It sucks because I usually love Samsung products.
