[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using other brand earbuds for a while and decided to buy the Samsung Buds 2 Pro and to my surprise, I love the sound quality. They have excellent sound clarity and you will love them. The touch features Samsung allows you to use are great and I love that they give us an option to disable the touch features - sometimes it is really useful when we are on the bed avoiding accidental touches. The only part I feel sad about is, I'm still trying to figure how to keep them stay inside the ear without they slowly coming outside.

It has a good sound and speakers are loud easy to fit in ears with rubber grip. Bass is great but its didnt meet my expectations but bass is really good. I love this buds because of features and audio quality. Its really worthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have been truly life changing. I upgraded from the original buds to these and the difference is night and day. The newer buds have better ability to determine when I'm speaking to somebody and adjust the volume to hear other people. This especially comes in handy when my kids need me. When the conversation is done, it goes right back to sound dampening mode where I can completely tune into what I'm working on. They charge so much faster, that I'm often able to switch between ears when I need an ear free and never have one of them die on me. I also love how the case is so much more textured than in previous versions. This keeps it from sliding out of my pocket as previous versions did. I titled my review this way for a reason however. Though these buds work amazingly when they work completely, there are issues at times. I've had connection issues that I didn't have with the previous version where they just simply won't switch the audio to the buds. The other issue is now the buds are starting to have dodgy sound. One hear essentially sounds muted while the other works perfectly. Overall these buds haven't lasted as long as their predecessor, but the battery life aside, if you want an outstanding product that exceeds expectation and has flexibility for life random situations, these are your go to choice. Just be aware you might have to upgrade every year and a half instead of every other generation.

Love the privacy of using them with others around. Love noise cancelation. Great battery time. Magnetic case keeps me from losing them like I've done with others. Great for dictating into my computer voice recognition. We are inseparable - with me all day.

I never have experienced noise canceling technology until now and I am impressed, easy to use. I like being able to mute, skip tracks, higher/lower volume all without even having to touch my phone! The bass is great for music and movies! A+!!

The noise cancelling works amazing and I love the ambient sound feature if I want to also hear what is going on around me. These buds are very comfortable and do not fall out. I have issues with other types staying in place. I highly recommend and will only be purchasing Samsung in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing piece of art from samsung. The active noise cancelling and ambient sounds is such smooth. I have tried using it while walking, while working in office, while running, in gym, while gaming, listening music and having calls and just want to say that this is great product. I have used multiple Bluetooth earphones in the past but this is next level. I have recommended to few people in my circle and they were happy after using it.

Only downside is they will most likely stop working fully in a few months. They will usually replace or fix them for free though but it's an annoying process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 word: Comfort. These are the most comfortable wireless earbuds I've ever used. I sleep in the them and wear them 8+ hours a day. No pain ever sometimes I forget that I even have them on. The sound is better than some over the ear headphones. I'm a music producer and I've used these to measure the levels in my mix. Nothing about these buds is cheap.
