My main complaint is no matter the tip I use I always have a "poor fit" rating with them. I feel like I'm constantly adjusting them. When I have a good fit I think they're outstanding. I've had ANC on other devices that were better but these are solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my buds! I use them for everything from work calls to the gym. I love the clarity and ease to go from call to listen to music. It's very convenient that I don't have to take my buds out to have a conversation (although sometimes with active noise canceling there's a slight delay). The one thing that needs to be fixed is the find my buds option isn't always available or working..which can be annoying when you misplace one. But the replacement options make it a bit easier. Also beware of the occasional bug during software updates. Otherwise I love and wouldn't hesitate to get another pair.

I have sinus issues which sometimes causes issues with my ears, especially when listening to music, TV, or anything digital. I don't have those issues with these ear buds. I also have small ears that usually cause issues with other ear buds falling out and resulting in me having to hold them in my ears. I don't have those issues with these. These also don't cause me ear pain, like some others do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I produce music and needed some new earbuds for when I'm on the go or when I want to run audio checks, the quality is AMAZING. It out preforms my Bose buds, My Pioneers and my bose headphones. SAMSUNG and AKG really nailed it! Compared to the bud pros(original) they're way better sounding and better range. Also work around loud equipment, I needed noise canceling that was top notch and considering they literally have the highest quality noise canceling and amplifying ambient levels available? Bose ultras, airpods, and even my Shooting range Ear protection doesn't stack up. Not to mention they're sooooo much more comfortable now than 1st gen. 5/5 would recommend to everyone.

It can get pretty noisy, and I usually turn it off if I have a meeting - leading to a hotter than I would like workspace. I decided to try my new Buds Pro 2 as my microphone/speaker for my video and meetings, and they are a game changer! I can hear better with them than with my computer speakers, and bonus - people in the meeting cannot hear my A/C running!!!!! I had no idea this would happen, so I have to say how very pleased I am with their performance.

as for feature packed they are the best i have ever used. i haveoddd ear size or shape i guess and find it a little hassle getting them in enough that i feel comfortable they won't come out. the different size tips doesn't really help the issue. my previous favorite earbuds were the beats pro and i absolutely loved the way the could be inserted in your ears as well as having the loop that go's around your ear almost making it impossible for one to fall out. would be a great feature to think about in the future.

It improves my experiences as i use my earbuds also for movies, steaming music and daily exercises, i enjoy my buds 2 pro, and linking it to my s23 ultra makes the transition from device to the other easy and smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my buds going on 3 years. I've never had any issues with or had to replace them for any reason. I listen to movies with them, I do Zoom meetings with them when I'm in my vehicle. I think since I've had them I've charged them a handful of times. I mostly use them in my vehicle while waiting for people to get done appointments or shopping. Would I recommend them absolutely, would I get another pair absolutely. Out of all my Samsung devices the buds and watch are my best issue free devices.
