[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the Galaxy Buds2 Pro about a couple days before they officially hit shelves. The jump from my previous Galaxy Buds+ was overall pretty good, although I did miss some features from my past generation buds. The fit was the biggest thing for me – the older Galaxy Buds and their plus counterpart (both of which I owned prior to the Buds2 Pro) had wing tips to keep a very secure and comfortable fit for up to 11-12 hours for my Buds+. With my upgrade, I soon found that the earbud tips didn't make up for the lack of a wing tip. The smallest tip left a poor seal and rendered bass flat and ANC ineffective, while the two bigger tips offered a better seal but would allow the buds to ever so gradually fall out of my ears. Besides the loss of the frankly unkillable battery life and fit of the Buds+, though, I did enjoy the newer features like improved ambient mode, ANC (which was entirely new to me), richer sound, and even the neck stretch reminders which worked surprisingly well for reducing my neck aches. All in all, I do think these will work for most people and most who purchase them will find themselves with a pair of satisfyingly performant earbuds. (I might try swapping my Buds+ eartips with my Buds2 Pro, though.)

The look and sound are absolutely amazing. The noise canceling is a great feature. I truly enjoy my buds pro 2, but I have to wear a hat or ear band to hold them in place. Then if I do, they begin to hurt from the pressure. I've tried the different ear sizes that come with the product, they just pop out of my ears. I'm bummed because I have the new s24 ultra, the new watch and the buds all matching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Buds2 Pro. The sound quality is what I expect from Samsung. The noise canceling, when I need it, works just as good or better than traditional ear plugs. I use them at work for testing fire alarms. The ambient sounds actually let's you hear better, if that is even possible, and gives you more of a 360° hearing, you can hear things behind you better. For those times you are listening to music and someone speaks to you there is a setting called voice detect that lowers the volume so you can more easily hear and respond. I absolutely love these buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read a review that these Pro buds fit better so bought them. Expensive and they are way too big for my ears and they fall out all of the time. I have to regularly push them back in and half the time doing this, hangs up on who I am taking to. My ears are small, I will admit, but nonetheless, I find them frustrating. Also, people always complain that they can't hear me. Sort of feel like it's money out the door since I will still be looking. The sound is good, but I primarily use them for work meetings and they don't serve my purpose very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are very good at noise cancelling, even with things such as loud machines, as I have tested with my own experience. The sound is clear, and overall very good. The customizable app makes it even better because it has some pretty specific things you can set to your liking which as someone who likes flexibility, is amazing. The case itself is pretty good quality, and has a nice design, as do the buds themselves. The buds are comfortable in the ear, and stay in for a good while, and that also depends on ear size of course. The battery life is excellent, lasts a long time on a charge and they charge fast in the case. Now, I have had like one issue that I should include of course. For me personally, they cut out here and there while using them, but I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra, so it could just be they don't work well together I'm not sure. It has been like this for about a month, which has been pretty disappointing, I have owned them for about 6 months or more. And I can't resolve the issue. But other than this, they have been pretty good and I'd give them and easy 8-10.

The case disappear in my pocket and gives numerous charges. Excellent sound quality, fast charging, good life. Love how easy it is to switch between my Samsung tablet and my phone. And completely now dependent on having noise cancelling and ambient sound controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very small. The touch feature is great honestly. I love how it pauses music and shows when it is taken out of my ear. The sound quality is absolutely amazing and I love how it is customizable. The only real complaint i have about it is that although they are small, my inner ears must be the smallest because they are still too big for mine and It is very uncomfortable. Other than that, they are absolutely wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Buds Pro 2 are amazing!!! I've owned many pairs of ear buds over the years, and by far these are the best ones yet. I use them for everything from music, the gym, watching my favorite shows from my phone, and for hands free driving. The quality of the buds themselves are impressive, but the sound quality is by far the best I've ever had in a pair of wireless buds. Samsung really outdid themselves with these. I will definitely be purchasing another pair when these give out. Thank you Samsung for yet another great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds daily. I love that I can use Google Assistant with them. Sound is deep and clear. My only issue is the case. If you drop the case with the buds in them, they absolutely WILL go flying. Perhaps I am at fault, but I have dropped the case a few times and had to go on a hunt to find the Buds. Especially fun when they go under the car. Nonetheless, the sound and features are awesome.
