They should open the fractional star values, because these are better than a 4 star rating, but they're not a 5... Which is unfair to these earbuds, because if you can find them on sale, they're a sold buy. I just can't say that they're the best choice. Unless you live in the Galaxy world that is. As for the sound quality, it's good. Balanced, with just enough bass enhancement to be pleasing. Unfortunately they never get loud enough to really enjoy sound quality. The design of them are pretty good. They are light & stay in your ears pretty well. Why they stayed in my ears, they were prone to move around on me. This is a problem though as should the buds not be sitting right in your ear, you won't hear any of the details of their balanced tuning. . The app will get you a fit tester that helps you combat it, but it's a process to get to for how often they will need refitted. It might have been something easily corrected by different sized tips, but they're no other sizes included. Then their is the touch controls, which with how much you have to readjust these buds, they shouldn't have when capacitive, because when I adjust the buds I'm either changing the noise controls or starting or stopping the player. Final verdict is they're good, but if not on sale... Wait.

Sound is something a headphone has only been able to play loudly till the pro 2. Knowing what Samsung has developed along the way the latest quality delivered by my newest buds are unmatched in every category. Reviews had me considering but after owning its without a doubt the pro 2 is the highest quality sound plus base any headphone could deliver. And the features of having ANC, Ambient sound, 360 audio, head tracking, and so on.. just makes things better and better. One thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to comfortably fit them in my ears properly, but other than that they're amazing!!

I mainly use my Buds to listen to music and the occasional video online. I purchased several other earbuds from competitors and was disappointed each time. At first I felt a little crazy spending so much money on earbuds, that is until I put them in my ears for the first time and hit play. My regret was completely gone. I love rhe active noise canceling feature, best ive ever used. Love rhw fit set feature too, helps me a lot because I usually buy replacement tips for my Buds and that feature helps me pick the best size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the older, original Galaxy Budd from 2019. Although those were amazing, their age started to catch up on them in terms of battery life, so I decided to upgrade to a newer model. I opted for the Buds2 Pro model and the difference was clear as day. The sound was sharper, and easier to hear more details in songs. The battery can last me throughout the day at work, so that's a great plus. The noise cancelling was a huge improvement as well. With my older ones, you coul still hear a good amount of noise from outside, but with these, it cuts off almost all sounds except for really loud ones such as a train approaching. Only downsides I can say with the Buds2 Pro is they usually have delay to connect to my phone when I take one out of their case compared to my old ones where it was almost instant, but it's not a big deal to me. The case they come in also has a sort of soft finish to them that scratches very easily when stored in one's pocket. I recommend these if you're looking for an upgrade, or just simply want something nice.

The sound is superb and great app. The ambient sound is great and noise cancelling is ok. The only thing I wish they had is music stop when taking earbuds off ear and a manual equalizer.

The ambient sound feature is what I enjoy the most being able to be aware of my surroundings while taking a call and walking across the street is very valuable to me. The form factor is also a plus I don't have something hanging out of my ears but I have something that fits almost perfect inside of them. The volume is great I'm not worried about hearing damage but they're loud enough to enjoy any type of music. Overall I give them a 9/10 just because they don't fit my ears perfectly but they're not at risk of falling out either. Great job Samsung.

The sound quality is great and the touch controls work great. You do have to be careful on which size plugs you choose. It comes pre-installed with the large installed. the other two size are in a small tube box in the package. Medium was my size and ordered replacement 6 pair package of medium only online. For walking they are great not so much while do any movement exercise. Sound quality is great on calls. You do have to unpair it from each device before using on another. But I only use it for my Samsung Phone, TV, and Computer.
