[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did the trade-in with my 1st gen Galaxy Buds Pro and am so glad I did. These are SOOO much more comfortable than the 1st gens. I take these everywhere I go compared to the 1st gen. Love the new feature for the earbud fit test, and pairs great with my S20FE (soon to be S24+ or Ultra). When I have trouble sleeping, I wear these in bed and fall asleep within 10mins; it's that comfortable that it won't affect me in bed.

My only problems are the new gestures for each and it did not include different ear insert sizes so it feels like it wants to fall out.

I've been using them daily for a few months now, roughly 5 hours a day listening to music at work. They have incredible sound quality. Very clear, punchy bass and the noise cancelling is phenomenal. They have great battery life as well and I love how they can be adjusted with my Galaxy watch.

I've always had normal cheap headphones until these. I love the feature where you zone out everything around you and only focus on what you are listening to. The noise cancelation blocks out basically all the outside noise so I only hear what's coming through the buds. My call qualities are exceptionally good, too. The mic is good quality and people can hear me speak clearly. I don't use the Galaxy AI function on my buds much if at all, but it works well too. Overall, very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds2 pro work amazingly well on several of my devices including windows devices, my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra, and a Lenovo Android tablet. Samsung has made native applications available for all platforms, unlike Apple and the functionality is the same across the operating systems. This makes the exceptional hardware and sound quality so much better to use and to configure for each device. Sound quality including range, Soundstage and base are exceptional for such small buds. Battery life is generally really good and when the case us fully charged you can get well over a full day of listening with noise canceling on. The find my device feature has gotten better but still isn't as seamless as it could be. The fit and size of each ear bud is a little awkward at first and if you are not careful putting them in it can impact the noise canceling and sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the Buds2. The Averill design and the sound quality is great. What I would like to can do is to adjust my volume as the buds. Maybe by sliding over the buds itself? Furthermore I have the feeling that the voice recognition is not so good. People that I am speaking with find it difficult to hear me... But as said, overall they are pretty great. It is great to easily switch them between phones and smart watches. Maybe one more thing to the design: maybe a softer outside on the inside to the ear than just heard plastic. That would have to effects: 1. It is more quite because it fits better 2. You can wear them longer. That's just 2 pros why I would recommend that....

Got these about 8 months ago, the sound is great, noise canceling works pretty good. The worst thing is they don't stay in your ears. I've tried many different type of ear tips and nothing works. Even sitting down you can feel them slipping out, forget about running. I started using my first pair of buds again, glad I didn't trade them in.
