Awesome noise cancelation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds mainly for music and sometimes for phone conversations. My favorite use for them is when I'm vacuuming on high power, it gets so loud my ears hurt, I just use my earbuds for music with noise cancelation and it saves my ears!

Great sound, poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing sounding headphones. They provide crisp sounds with good bass if you EQ it properly. The app is very good too. My only criticism is that the battery life starts out great when you have the buds for the first time. However, as I've used it for a year now, the battery life has cut down in half which is super frustrating since it wasn't like that to begin with.

Solid product, could use better fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds have served me really well so far. They sound great and there have been no problems with connections or the user experience so far. They're great for working out, using on the go, or simply at home or at your desk. However, I do think the noise isolation and active noise cancelling could be improved. It's not bad but I've heard better. A part of this is the fit of the buds. They do stay in my ears (although they haven't for my friends who've tried them on who have smaller ears) but the sound isolation isn't great. Switching to OEM ear tips helped, but it would be nice if they were perfect out of the box. Other than this issue, I've had no problems and do not regret this purchase.

Amazing sound quality and superior noise cancelin

I returned Sony XM 4 and kept these. Amazing sound quality and superior noise canceling. They beat Sony and second gen. AirPods Pro. You have to try yourself. I wish Samsung was making over ear noise canceling headphones with dual drivers. It will be a bestseller! I want to replace my over ear XM 4 but XM 5 sound terrible.

The Noise cancelling and sound quality is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro when im traveling, I use them to listen to music or watch videos, the Noise Cancelling is the best, since there is too much noise in the car, the Noise Cancelling Blocks Every noise in the car, and makes everything sound better, and they are also very comfortable.

So close to perfect, but with one flaw...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for a little over a year now. Gotta say, the sound quality is nice and crisp, and noise cancelation is really an upgrade when compared to my older pair of Galaxy Buds + I owned before these. My only gripe, is they decided to remove the little wing tips that locked the Buds into your ears, creating a tighter fit. Without the wing tips, I can feel the Buds Pro 2 starting to slowly fall out after walking for a few minutes. Bring back that one feature, and they'll be near perfection in my mind.

Very good, if a little expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these after having used the buds2 for 8 months, and they have been great. The battery life has been more then good enough, sound quality has been great (a bit more bass over the buds2 is great to have), the texture on the case and buds has been nice compared to the glossy finish of the buds2. The biggest problems are. 1. You can't have multiple non Samsung devices paired and be able to swap between them like you can with the pixel buds pro. 2. You can find them while they are in the case like the airpods pro 2nd gen. 3. The earbuds don't support most high quality codecs. They support SSC (for Samsung devices only) and then sbc for Android devices, and AAC for apple devices and Windows 11. If they supported APTX or LDAC or something else they could sound really good on any device. 4. The texture on the case and buds is not durable. 5. No support for Google fast pair. (Only Samsungs fast pairing and Microsoft swift pair.) If you are looking at getting a pair of Samsung earbuds, I'd strongly suggest the buds2, but if the standout features like 360 audio, 24 bit audio, and the better ANC really matter to you, then go with these

Exceptional experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had them for a few months now and have to say hands down one of the better sound qualities true wireless ear buds. The sound quality is great the active noise canceling is pretty good as well. Long battery life between the buds and the case. Only one complaint the material the actul buds that go into the ear canal is a bit then witch isn't ideal. But a solid 4.5 out of 5 definitely recommend!

Not worth the price tbh.

After having these ear buds for a month and a half, I can say, these ear buds are not worth the price tag on them. Even having bought these ear buds on sale, I feel like these aren't worth the price. Sound quality is great. But the noise canceling and ambient sound just, aren't good enough to justify the price I'm my opinion. Sound cacelling just, isn't good enough. It doesn't perform like "active" noise canceling, it doesn't perform like that. It feels like it cancels out a low level of sound but anything above that threshold, gets in. If anything is active, it's ambient sound. You have hear it react to loud noises dampening them. The only problem I have with ambient sound is it also drowns out voices. Even on extra loud ambient sound. It sucks tho because, for the price, I really expected more out of these ear buds. Especially when there are cheaper ear buds out on the market, with performance on par or exceeding the galaxy buds 2 pro. Shame.

Great sound. Terrible fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sound phenomenon and are extremely easy to pair and use. The bad news is, these don't fit everyone, me included, and make my ears bleed due to them being too large. Tried the smallest bud caps. It bleeds at the metal connectors so it's not the caps.

Hi Anonomer, we appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Without knowing if you mean the tips that go in the ear are too large or if the buds themselves are large, we have a few recommendations. If you haven't done so already, this device does come with additional silicone tips that are in a variety of sizes for a better fit. If this does not resolve your difficulty, we have included a link to the Samsung Support Team who can assist further and review potential options. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger Twitter smsng.us/Twitter-Messages
