Wondering if you could develop the technology to eliminate background noise on the other end. I have issues with others speakers or buds picking up noise and it winds up being much louder than their voice. I know they need to adjust their settings but it would be great to shut down that noise on my end!! Thanks

these earbuds are amazing. so amazing, i'm actually writing this review with them on right now! the audio is superb, much better than my last headphones. the anc is phenomenal, i couldn't hear the school bus' parking brake, and those things are loud let me tell you. a must have for samsung customers for sure. 10/10, would buy again. one little tip, change the eq from normal to dynamic, and you are in for an amazing audio experience. the conversation mode also works well.

I bought this in June 2024 but now I'm regretting on my decision of purchasing this. While on call or video call it suddenly gets disconnected and then connected so it is disturbing in the middle of the call. Also it gets loosen after sometime and falls off the ear.

Noise canceling works very well with this model, 3 modes available with more reported to be on the way. With the ability to track with smarthings app it's easier to keep up with your buds. You can get alerts if you leave them behind. Best sound from these buds. There is no comparison to any other headsets I have tried. Loads of features and head position tracker make these the best add-on for your galaxy devices.

Battery life is amazing and I can listen to music while I'm working and not have to worry about having to charge them multiple times a shift. It's great using the ambient sound so I can hear what's going on around me and the Galaxy AI works great knowing when to turn it off from loud noises.

Audio is crystal clear on calls regardless of where you are or what your doing. Music quality is top tier. I've tried buds from competitors usually higher rated in audio than Samsung, but I'm blown away by these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds almost daily. Both in the gym and home while doing yard work. They block the ambient noise and I still am able to listen to my music and then still have great conversation when needed.

The sound is clear and good. However, these headphones continue to fall off your years. Creates a terrible experience. Does not hold well. It is too sensitive to the touch. Sometimes it will just pause the music playing without me touching it. Extremely disappointed as these are my first Galaxy headphones. Finally, they do not even let you return them so that also was another bad experience and service. There is no trail period.
