[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my headphones nearly every day for my job and for my individual reasons. I was using them with in the first week, walking my dogs on the trail. Of course, I had one bud in and the bud and the case in my pocket. I am me and I ended up losing them while trying to grab something out of my pocket. I looked for them with the find my ear buds for a while and had no luck. I ended setting the alert to find my ear buds. By 5 PM that day, I received notification that a Samsung device "spotted" my buds. I was able to go to the neighborhood in which the person that found them lived. I ended up knocking on several doors, but when I was at the house, my phone lit up and said they were near 100%. The folks that answered the door were amazing and gave me my buds. And we swapped numbers and made new friends! This feature is amazing and I'm so grateful for it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device have the ability to exchange two worlds. When i need privacy, be in my own world, i just change the mood and they isolate sound. But when i need to keep a conversation, i don't need to take out my headphone, just let the sound enter with the settings or just touching the headphone it's change automatically

The only thing I don't like is the touch commands every time I keep touching the wrong place and it won't do what I want it to do. But I guess that a user error there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am someone who cannot live without music, i spend more than 12 hrs a day playing music and when it comes to sound quality i do not like to cut conners and these earbuds hands down are the best investement i ever made. If we are talking about sound quality the galaxy buds 2 pro are far ahead compared to any other buds I've used.

I haven't had any issues with disconnects or any distortion in audio as I've had with other bluetooth devices. The audio is great and most importantly it doesn't fall off my ears as I've had issues with Jabras ear buds. I would definitely recommend if you want to stay within the Samsung eco system because your able to adjust settings but still great regardless. My wife who is an iPhone user prefers the audio quality over her airpod pros.

They also have many features that helps when you want to have a conversation with someone. All and all I give them 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Al, buds pro2. Has wireless charging and can plug in to charge. If you have a samsung tv, you can link bluetooth including sansung DEX. Overall, good product and comes with 3 different ear bud attachments to what fits best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my left ear bud in a shopping center parking lot, with the "find me" app, it literally lead me to the exact spot I dropped it. My only complaint is I wish the bud charger box had a better magnetic lid. Any time you drop the case both ear buds fly in different directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds daily. They are my life, without them my day is horrible. With them is a great day. They last all day unless I have them turned all the way up. Then they still last my whole 8 hr shift without cradling them. Best earbuds by far!!!!
