Great sound but ... - Earbuds often fall out when exercising (Google that issue) - even after trying all supplied tips. - After 7 months of use, Noise Cancellation broken - the Earbud Fit Test says left earbud 'Not in Ear' (Google that one, too ... cleaning and reset don't work and earbuds will have to be returned).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Earphones fit perfectly and snug Intel my ear. They don't fall. The sound quality is great and the noice cancelation feature works great. Definitely better than the regulars galaxy buds I had before hand.

Majority of the time when I'm at work on break, I catch myself a good movie to stream wish makes my flix more enjoyable. My calls and hands free are a bliss with the ambient sound feature. The downside of these buds is the design and fit. They don't stay in your ear canal, the ear plugs aren't big enough so they don't fit snug. If your chewing gum or eating sometimes in mid conversation they tend to slide out and I'm always have to prepare to catch them, or sometimes my hands are full and I can't react in time. If there was a larger plugs it could help.

Good battery life, great features such as noise canceling, ambiet sound, and location. Works best with Samsung Phones for sure. I use them mostly for audio books, occasionally for music and have two different manual eq. Could use a bit of better tuning or auto switching based on program. Sound quality is great for the price tier. Highly recommend.

The best features of these buds is the noise cancelling and ambient sounds. I love how when I'm listening to my music or watching my movies, the noise cancelling makes me feel very immersive and I can concentrate on it. Plus, when I get incoming phone calls, it automatically switches to ambient sound so I can be aware of the sounds around me. Also, when I first started using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I noticed there is a Earbud Fit Test. This particular feature is what helped me with finding the correct earbud size to use for my ears. These earbuds are perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Samsung Galaxy Buds pro 2 during a black Friday sell last year. Was using Air Pods pro before. And I absolutely love Galaxy Buds. I like the fit of then and sound good. I love that the app has an equalizer for custom sound. The voice cancelation is good. Now ambient mode only works with both headphones on which I don't like because there are times I only use one and can't hear someone talking unless I pause. One thing I miss is having a dedicated pair button but I just found out you can put them on pairing mode if you put both on and press and hold the TouchPad. Overall I score these Buds 8/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds, for well everything! Any activity that would benefit from it like sports and hobbies. The seamless transition to any other device witch requires sound like my car or speaker is fast and smooth. I have never had an issue with talking with it and sometimes I use it in the car with the windows rolled down. The sound quality is amazing. I can't get enough of it. The only downside is that the noise cancelation feature doesn't really work to well. But every other one? Amazing. I have used it outside in the rain, snow and sunshine. Even washed it once. Keeps on going like a champ. The buttons never have any issues and I can easily navigate any audio needs with them. I cannot say enough good things about them. There are days when I will wear them with few breaks in between. I have funky shaped ears and the fact they stay in and do not pop out is a huuuge plus. I literally use them everyday for most activities, whether it be walking my dog, drawing, singing and playing guitar everywhere. I would give them a 4.5 and only because the noise canceling feature does not work to well on my weirdly shaped ears so don't blame them one bit. I have never lost them but my phone does let me know when I'm not near them or the case. The case itself is durable, and I've dropped it a few times and never had it open and my headphones scatter. It quickly charges my headphones and I can go about 12 hrs full blast until I need to charge them. Even then 20 minutes and bam 55% charge.

I take phone calls, teams meetings, test devices and at the end of the day when in the city on the subway back to my hotel I turn on noise canceling and zone out to music. Great sound, great features and mostly comfortable. Cannot beat it.
