Awesome on airplane for noise cancelling, and never loosen during extended workouts. I highly recommend the upgrade (the trade-in program helps with the decision of course).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bud2 Pro have one of the best quality sound earpods I have ever used, and i have tested the Jabra all models, Buds live, Apple, and others. The battery life is also great, avobe the competition, but the fit is not the best I have tested. If you try to use them for long period of time they become a little bit slippery and will fall from your ears. This has happened to me a couple of times. Price is fair is compared with other premium earbuds.

All of the options available through this, whether it is pausing, skipping, changing the volume, are now a necessity in my life that I can't live without.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had such amazing earbuds in my life. To me at least, they were well worth my money. I'll list some features that I really do enjoy. The fit. These are the most comfortable earbuds I've ever used. All the earbuds I've used in the past wouldn't fit too comfortably and caused ear discomfort after only 30 minutes. With the Galaxy Buds2 Pros, however, I've easily been able to reach hours without discomfort. I also use them for workouts and they stay nice and secure in your ear after plenty of motion. As a trade-off for comfort, these earbuds do have quite a bit of sound leakage at higher volumes. I'm not the kind of guy to go above 50% volume, but this is just something to be aware of for many. Noise cancelation works really well for lower pitched sounds, such as car engines. It also gets rid of general ambient noise pretty decently. It does struggle against medium and high pitched sounds, such as voices. Voice detection is also pretty dang cool, although I do have to switch it on and off constantly because of my tendency to talk to myself. One complaint is that the Wearables app doesn't really let you customize EQ. All it does is give you 6 preset combinations to decide on. I personally leave it on Dynamic, but I would've appreciated more flexibility. That being said, I love these earbuds. I'm happy with pretty much everything.

The sound quality is exceptional, with clear and crisp audio that rivals some of the best earbuds on the market. The noise cancelling feature is also top-notch, effectively blocking out background noise and immersing me in my music or podcasts. However, I have noticed that the "Find My Device" feature can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it works seamlessly, while other times it takes a few tries to locate my buds. Despite this minor hiccup, I still absolutely love my Galaxy Buds and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality wireless earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro headphones for their exceptional sound quality. The audio is vivid and immersive, making every song and podcast a treat for my ears. However, I've found that they don't always stay put in my ears, which can be a bit frustrating, especially when I'm running.

I just bought them 2 days ago and wore them to work on the production floor. The noise canceling function doesn't work, I had to turn up the volume all the way up to hear my music compared to the cheapest Sony wireless I could put the volume on medium and could be next to a belt sander and not miss a lyric. The touch pause button only worked about 1/3 of the time and they don't have the option to skip songs by multi tapping the buds. The quality is nowhere near the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably some of the most comfortable buds I've used for extended periods. I love the discreet nature of the buds shape within the ear. I can wear them for extended periods without fallage or ear pain. The sound of the buds is pretty great, in my opinion, and the use of the ANC and ambient sounds are awesome features that I use daily at work. The new addition of Galaxy AI, with translate is fantastic! Need more time to use and test, but so far.. so good. The portable charging case is a great feature, as well, being able to get an extra charge while on the go from the battery case is excellent. The design is nice, easy to use, sleek and subtle. It can both charge via both USB-C or wireless charging which is helpful (I use the wireless charging mainly at work and USB-C in the car or on the go; however, that being said the only downside I really have or can mention about these buds is more directly related to the case itself. The lack of a tracking system to work with Smart Things to more easily find the case (can somewhat track the buds BUT only if they are outside of the case!?) is a real bummer and a hugely missed oversite and feature that would have given this review 5 stars instead of 4. The case is rather small and potentially easy to lose for many people - and not being able to track it in today's world?! Crazy. (Same goes for the buds3 pro, unfortunately..) Please fix this for the next release! Otherwise, it's a fantastic set of earbuds. Check em out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They improved the noise canceling along with the ambient sound mode definitely noticeable from the previous buds pro along with have clearer crisper sound, not saying it's a giant leap in improvement but you can definitely notice it.
