The sound quality is great as well as the noise cancelation. I love using these to watch a show or movie bc the surround sound on these lil dudes are super immersive! And they do great surviving through being soaked in sweat day in and out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the Galaxy Buds2 pro are perfect for my daily activities. They stay in during intense workouts and have almost no latency when watching videos. The battery life is great and so is the sound quality especially when tweaked with the in-app equalizer. My only gripe is that once or twice a month the ambient sound mode will periodically stop working in one earbud and not the other and sometimes their is a high pitch ringing that will occur when the 360-Audio feature is enabled. All of these minor issues I've been able to fix by placing them in the charging case for a couple seconds and then they're back to normal.

It's pretty simple to use and good quality to listen with noise canceling function. It always become being with me. That's why I put the title with my Buddy Buds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the Galaxy Buds Pro and they were a great set of ear buds but i will admit that they slipped out more than i would have liked. Even so, they still fit better than a lot of other brands/devices that i had tried. The pro2 are a step above! they fit better than the original and the sound is just as great. dont regret upgrading at all!

These sound pretty good, but they do not stay in my ear. They just randomly fall out, regardless of the size of the tip. I even bought some aftermarket foam expanding tips, but not even that helped hold them in my ears. They are fine sitting still at my desk, but they fall out if I snack on something or move very much at all. I do not recommend this product at all.

Got these to replace the original Galaxy Buds I purchased several years ago that have served me well. Fit is fine, software is fine pairing was easy. The battery on one of the Buds was defective out of the box. Since I purchased around Thanksgiving it was past the normal return period so the only option was to send them in for service. In about 2 charging cycles of use the sound was a vast improvement over the original buds and noise cancellation is good. The fact that one of the buds had a battery issue that didn't present itself until after the case had stopped charging them was concerning along with having to send a product in for service with only a few hours of use as opposed to getting a replacement sent.

They have great sound quality and if they're starting to sound a little off, a quick clean with some alcohol does the trick to restore them. I only have two complaints! The first being how fast the battery diminishes. It is significantly better than the Buds Live was though so I'm sure it'll only get better with time. When I first got them, I could use one bud for almost 9 hours before needing to switch and it only needed to be plugged in every few days. Now, each bud lasts about four hours and I have to charge the case every other day. The next complaint was actually a major selling point. The soft coating of the case! I love the way that stuff feels and looks! Unfortunately, it does not last long. The coating comes off with normal wear and tear and it no longer looks matte. It looks beat up. That being said, I am still completely satisfied with my Buds2Pro! I'll definitely be choosing Samsung for all of my device needs!

I bought the Galaxy buds pro 2 on December 2,2022 because they are supposed to be water/sweat proof. I work out regularly and put them to the test. Well, here it is October 17,2023, less than a year and the left earbud has little to no sound. No they are saying take it to the shop for repair, how sending a replacement pair. In short don't buy these things if you plan on working out and sweating. They will fail.

I love how slim the case is and how easy it is to find them when lost in my house. I have even found them when I accidentally left them at my son's swim class. I was was very happy they where still there. Some of the best features are the hidden spots on the buds that can do different controls. I found that reviewing YouTube videos on how people use them are great and help get the most out of these buds. I firmly recommend them and say that they are far better than any competitor products. I work for returns for a large online retail site, that everyone uses. I see more returns of the competition brand then Samsung Buds. You cannot go wrong with this product and will enjoy them.
