These were my go to towels, tried and true. The only towels I’ve bought for several years. These were awesome but I needed to freshen up so I bought all new ones. This last batch has been TRASH! They rip to shreds in the washer. I couldn’t believe so I actually bought MORE and they did the same thing! That’s it! No more! Quality has changed!

I bought these in store in the light blue color. The color description isn't true, it's not light blue, it has a greenish cast. Would be better described as seafoam or spa. The towels are nice sized and the fabric is plush. However, at first wash, the threads start falling out or coming loose. I've never seen this happen before except on a cheap $1 towel from the dollar store.

BUT IT!!!! VERY WORTH IT!!! My husband and I are picky.... I usually order my towels from the same place "mom did", saw a few in store and was "running low on ours because I had been too busy to check in", there were large and soft and seemed like they would be absorbent. I bought 3 plus hand towels and wash cloths for my upstairs bathroom. NOT disappointing at all!!! I noticed both of us will grab 1 for my downstairs shower for ourselves because its literally like a soft, well absorbing bath blanket!!!! if you purchase, especially at this price.... YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!!

i bought these towels about 2 months ago and they suck. they do not absorb basically any water and they leave fluff and fuzz all over you. I have not washed them in fabric softener so that is not the problem. they also have a lot of pulls in them already, which is very disappointing. I bought towels from BJs years and years ago and they have been fantastic, i thought these would basically be the same thing but they are far from it.

These towels made a mess of my laundry. The loose fibers were everywhere. Almost as if the tow els were disintegrating. Had to re-wash my other towels a couple of times to get off the debris left by these towels. I don't even know how they are still in one piece with as much fiber as they shed. Awful. Returning ASAP.

I purchases 3 of these towels and noticed they started coming apart in the wash. I brought them home put them in the wash without anything else and there were so many towel fibers in the washing machine afterwards. The towels look raggedy and I never even used them. I am really was disappointed in the product quality.

I have been using these towels for years. I was needing some more and was excited to get one of the new fall colors. These are not the same as they used to be. They are very soft, but that soft cheap towel that will not absorb anything. I do not use fabric softener ever. These leave you feeling damp. This brand was never like this before. Even my husband, who does not complain about much, said I needed to run these through the washer on hot a few times so maybe they will work. Thinking maybe they are coated with something maybe we can get off. I purchased 4 compete sets. These were my go to towels. I need to check and see what the other colors feels like. Maybe it something to do with these new ones and the original color are still good. Maybe with luck my store will have some older ones that are still of good quality. These are still nice large towels. They just do not dry you completely, leaving that wet feeling after drying off. What ever they have done, I hope they fix it.

I procrastinated years cause new towels always leave lint on you for a long time. These not only are lint free, but are the nicest, thickest towels i have ever used. Would purchase many times over. White only because i need my towels sterilized with bleach.

I bought a set of these for everyday use. I washed them before using and got a lint catcher full of fuzz. Didn't think anything about it until I went to dry off and found myself and the tub covered in fuzz. Three more washings and they are still shedding. It sticks to the skin like glue! Definitely going back.

Dissappointed! I purchased 8 bath towels and the all did the same thing!!! They ripped apart between the 3 bands on either end of the towels. Now I am left with partial bath towels which barely cover you. I also purchased the hand towels and wash clothes and they appear to be fine. I called customer service which was no help, she told me I had to bring them in to the club to make sure I did not do this to the towels! Why would I rip my own towels so they are pretty much rendered useless. Now I have to replace everything because of faulty bath towels.
