Excellent instructions. Only glitch was delivery truck dropped the box into the snow although we had cleared the walk from the road to our front porch. Also, I find the mattress too soft. Bed frame is great. Remote very effective. Still discussing mattress with the company.

My husband and I purchased the split king adjustable base bundle with the Ghost Bed Luxe and absolutely love it! We have back issues and hip issues and could tell a difference the first night! Also, the customer service experience was awesome! We would recommend Ghost Bed for anyone!

I ordered this bed with little knowledge of the Ghostbed Company. My decisions were based off the reviews of others and they were correct when they said I'd love the bed.. When the bed came it was way more than I expected. The adjustable bases had way more features than I thought. The mattresses are just the right firmness and my shoulders do not hurt when I get up in the morning. Thank you Ghostbed!! It's amazing to get a good night's rest

I sweat a lot in my sleep, my husband snores a lot more now, and my back is frequently stiff. We got the split king with the fancy bases. We love the bed purely for all the functions of the base. My biggest qualm is that I can no longer snuggle up to my husband without my hip falling into the split between the mattresses. That should have been a given but I guess we are committed now. I think if you're a much lighter person with the correct sleeping styles for this bed, you may have less of a problem. Unfortunately, my husband and I are on two different weight & sleeping style spectrums.

Thank you for no more back aches, no more spouse snoring, and the ease to adjust to any position! We went from a Sleep Number bed for some 20 years and took a chance on this bed sight unseen, but we could not be happier! We have a Split King and could not be happier!

We thought buying a split king would come with a bed and frame to match but the bed we bought doesn’t split so we had to sync the two twins. One twin raises slower than they other so they’re never in sync so our bed is often slanted. We do love the USB ports bed light massager everything else is awesome. We should have gone with a solid one piece instead of the split king.

I love my new ghost bed. It arrived quickly and set up was easy. The mattress is super deep and comfortable. The features one the remote are great and I enjoyed checking out the positions. I love that the remote lights up when you touch a button. This is great in the night if you need to adjust the bed. There is also a handy flash light feature for night time trip to the bathroom.

This bed is great!! I have not had any issues with it. So far so good!! About the only complaint that I have is it came in over days. Like I received mattresses then a couple days later base then my sheets didn’t show up until the next week so it would have been nice to get all at once.

I installed my bed which was fairly easier that most other beds and didn't take long at all to set up. Assembly was even easier to follow. Instructions for the remote do not fully explain what the functions are: like the ZG button, haven't discovered what it does yet and the pamphlet does not say either. You can't play with the remoter too often though, it says it will reset on you. I know I don't want get caught in between the bed if decides to fold up on me while in it. LOL :)

This is the exact review I have sent to 38 different reviews- you are totally ripping off Senior Citizens and Disable people! Then never respond- go look at some of the reviews on BBB-Federal Trade Commission- State Attorney General-AARP- 3 Disabled Veteran Groups- etc etc - I spend 10 hours a day getting the word out about what has happened to me- I hope you feel good about ripping off old and disabled! But in long run your criminal (in my opinion), ways should be prosecuted. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know what has happened!
