This bed has exceeded any ecxpectations I could have had. The adjustable base is great to elevate the head and have so many options and the mattress is truly amazing. I didn’t realize what a difference the mattress could make. We ordered the Venus hybrid. I was worried that it might be too soft but it’s perfect, my husband and I agree that it’s a perfect “medium firm” feel and very supportive without feeling like you’re sinking in. We both tend to sleep hot and it’s very cool and comfortable. The infrared definitely makes a huge difference in recovery after a hard workout and/or a hard day at work. Truly amazing. We haven’t slept this well in a long time. So happy that I called and learned about Ghostbed. Thank you to Jacinta for all of your help and recommendations! I just wanna point out that the review will not allow me to put the Venus Williams hybrid, but that is the mattress that I am reviewing.

Satisfied with bad once I can get into my bed I'm partially disabled and didn't realize how high it was having trouble getting up onto the bed and wasn't told that I could have gotten shorter legs for the bed so other than the shorter legs that I wish I had put on the bed I'm satisfied thank you who is my wife

We are not sending it back. This is our first hybrid, replaced a memory foam, first adjustable base also. With that said, it is an adjustment, the hybrid is much softer than our old memory foam. It is very comfortable, the adjustable base makes it even more comfortable. Only had it for around 30 days, so still fine tuning the perfect night of sleep. Even flat, we have got the best sleep in the last 10 years. The fine tuning of the base is to make it even better. Lastly, I am a big man 300+ with CPAP, it is hard for me to get comfortable when sleeping. As I said above I have had the best sleep in quite some time.

One of the frames was cracked! CS is terrible!! More concerned with my packing up and returning damaged product. Then another had a cracked frame! They expect me to pack 100 lb packages to return. Mattress is good but not sure how long the adjustable bases are going to last. Would not recommend this company!

Love the bed frame , so nice to be able to sit up and a read book or watch tv, Zero G setting is great for sore back. We had issues with foot massage motor but Ghosted sent out a new one fairly quick. Still trying to decided on mattress, but we still have over 70 nights to decided.

Poor quality control on the base, had stripped screws; OK on the mattress. They should have all items arrive at the same time. I had to wait 10 days after the base came for the short legs to show up to be able to put the bed together. Headboard brackets came in a mangled box missing bolts. I could not return brackets, per their policy. Pillow is terrible for this package. It is OK on a regular bed, though. I think I made a big mistake buying from Ghost.

Ordered the Ghostbed Luxe for my aging parents and they absolutely love it- the mattress is not too hard, not to soft! My Dad says its the best sleep he's had in years! The white glove delivery agents were professional and very accommodating when there was a delivery schedule change requested. Don't be afraid to order this online- worth every penny!

My old mattress was still in good shape after 30 years but it was too firm for my aging hips. The ghost bed is the perfect combination of softness and support, my sleeping is now very good. I like raising the head instead of having two pillows. Now when I set the bed back to flat, I feel the strain on my back and realize how it was effecting my comfort, very nice to be able to adjust.

We were able to set this up in 60 minutes husband and I were quite amazed how easy it was to do. Were loving the mattress took no time to fall in love with it. Love the massage and the timer so auto shut off, no more sore necks from reading or watching Television in bed. The foot raise has helped with resting the legs and taking pressure off both legs and feet feel much better as no sore feet when stepping out of bed in morning.

I thought the bed said it hugs your body. I thought maybe it would take a couple days to have the mattress fully expand. I got the bed because the reviews looked good. I ordered the bed on a Sunday it said 2-5 days shipping. It came 9 days later. Then I didn’t get the mattress cover for a additional 4 days. I am having surgery this Thursday and now am stressing out because the bed is to stiff. My body has been sore every day I wake up. I think I need to call and have my mattress changed to something softer. I am just wondering how I can do this before Thursday because I won’t be able to lift anything heavy after that.
