I absolutely love my bed with the adjustable base!! The ghostbed mattress is so comfortable and helps ease my back pain. Since I purchased the bed i have felt more relaxed, less pain, and reduced swelling in my ankles. I enjoy being able to use the extra features such as the massage and the light under the bed to see at night without turning the bedroom light on. The installation was pretty easy but takes two people because the base is heavy. When I first received the mattress i was skeptical because it looked thin but once i cut open the plastic it inflated to normal size and is very comfortable. Only concern i have was i thought there was a cooling technology within the mattress because i get hot flashes every night and have to sleep with the fan on but other than that it is great. I have the adjustable base combo, with the matrix 3d mattresses in a split king. I love the ability to get comfortable and put my feet and head a bit elevated while my husband is able to stay flat. We connected the bases (which sit inside my bed frame) with straps, so they wouldn't separate, as we have kids who occasionally find their way to our bed, and we didn't want any little arms or legs pinched. I am not stiff and sore any more in the mornings, and my husband has had less of back pain. We are very pleased with the bed. The downside is that when we have adult time, the bases seem to move. We do have wood floors, so maybe just need to put grippers under the legs. Also, I need to come up with a solution for my robotics vacuum, as the cords get tangled in it. But, these are minor kinks, that need to be solved, as this kind of bed is new to us. Every contact I have had with the company has been super helpful and I get a manuscript emailed to me for my reference, which I really appreciate. I feel comfortable purchasing from this company and the product is really great! We have had the bed set up and used for about a month.

The adjustable base is great, like the presets and the USB ports are handy to have, but the mattress while it felt great for about a week, is already too soft and does not give enough support. I am thinking of returning, I need something that stays firm like this one did for the first week. But if you like a softer mattress this is for you.

I'm very happy with the adjustable base and mattress. Very different from my old worn out mattress, now I sleep on the bed, not "in the bed" and no more joint aches waking me up in the middle of the night. At first I thought I might have made a mistake not ordering the softer Luxe, but I'm happy with the Classic.

We needed a new mattress desperately and in a whim decided to go ahead and get the adjustable base bundle with the 3D Matrix mattress. Best decision ever! We love it Installation of the frame was super easy. The mattress has been a life saver. I am finally sleeping well and not waking up with terrible hip and shoulder pain. My husband is a hot sleeper and loves that it sleeps cool.. We will definitely be upgrading the rest of the beds in our house with ghostbeds.

I would like for it to be about 2-3 inches lower. My feet don't sit flat on the floor when I'm sitting on the side of the bed - and that's with the longer section of the leg already removed. I'm 5'6" tall so it's not like I was expecting 'too much' - my old bed was 22" inches (with the same complaint) but this one is a bit over 23" high. The mattress is an absolute DREAM to sleep on.It won't allow me to put the Venus Williams - Hybrid / Queen mattress in the mattress options! Yet it won't move forward without it

I never thought that a bed could change my life. Since sleeping in my bed i have had improved sleep throughout the night and I wake up with less aches and pains. It helps to have many settings as I think I use them all depending on how my arthritic body is acting. Definitely one of the best investments I've made in my life! Thank you GhostBed!!

no complain here, very satisfied. my husband had a problem with our old mattress. because of his back problem, since he's been sleeping on our new bed, he's more comfortable and no complaints, i can't say that he's pain went away, but he has no complain about our new mattress. Yvette

This bed is amazing. We were worried about purchasing a bad online but with the sleep trial period we made the decision to get it based off reviews and ratings. We have not been disappointed. The mattress is wonderful, and the adjustable base is incredible. I highly recommend this combination. The shredded pillow was a hit as well. Setup was incredibly easy as well.
