Only wondering if soy-sauce in ingredients includes wheat like it usually does since it's branded gluten free.

The pork jerky is so tender and the flavor is spot on, really addicting to eat. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

If you like the taste of candied meat, then this jerky is for you. The sugary sweetest overpowers any meat flavor. There is so much sugar on this jerky that it is actually gritty in your mouth from the sugar granules.
