Audio is decent, best used as open ear headphone only. The easy touch controls are horrible. Extremely disappointed for not having the Manual instruction in Arabic.

don't sit in exactly the right place to transmit the sound ideally. also there's no off button to disconnect from phone without going in to my phone. otherwise good.

Comfortable to wear. Connects well to my iPhone. The voice quality on calls seems inconsistent. I am hoping this improves with a firmware update and that I do not have a faulty unit..

Sound Volume is extremely Good Method by which the are retained in ear is Excellent- Extremely Secure and perfect for those of us that hate things inside the ear. Lastly the Sound Quality is Stellar!!

I have sensitive ear canals. It’s not ideal for me to wear in- ear headphones yet I personally prefer to be discrete. These were the perfect fit and are great quality!! Purchasing another atm !

These are great listening devices, so comfortable you will forget you're wearing them. One exception, you can only connect to ONE Bluetooth device at a time! My OpenRuns allow multiple devices at a time and that's the reason for the four stars.

The second time the new replacement unit Charging problem happened again and very disappointed. The first unit is only 3 months plus and the second replacement unit is only one month plus.

These are as amazing and easy to use as the description/other reviews. Sounds quality is perfect! Sometimes I forget they are even on because they are so light weight and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Love the form factor and sound quality. Battery life doesn’t seem like what was promised though. There is no way I’m getting anywhere close to 28 hours.

I love the new shokz. I was hoping it would be similar to the old ones a far as listening. I wear ear plugs at work and can't hear a thing in these : (
