I am disappointed that there is no volume control on this model also they are always trying to connect so the battery does fast unless I physically disconnect them from my phone.

These are really good. They could be great if Shokz try and add the touch buttons like the Open Run Pro. Bass is really good. The dolphin ear hook design is awesome. Can barely tell these are on my ears even with sunglasses on.

The sound quality is great. The fit is bad, hurts my ears to where I only wear one at a time. When the ear gets sore I take it off and wear the other one on the other ear.

I love the sound quality and deep bass. I was disappointed That the earbuds did not have multi point connectivity. I'll continue to use the open run pros. In addition the controls are difficult to locate.

The sound quality is great. I didn't realize that you couldn't control the volume from the headphones and it's very inconvenient to carry around the device you are bluetoothed to.

These headphones are amazing! My old headphones actually made me have impacted wax in my ears, which led to some hearing loss. These fit perfectly, and don't compact ear wax. The sound is amazing, and they're easy to use.

I have tried many options but for sure this open air are just in another level. Super super clear audio and good bass plus when doing call the other end gets to hear me very clearly. The ENC is superb. I love them

Great headphones. It is so much better being able to listen to music, books, or podcasts and still be aware of your surroundings. I am a caregiver and these bring joy to my day.
