Don’t get these if you run a lot and sweat!

Bought these because supposedly they’re good for runners but not if you sweat! Took these on my long run and after mile 4 only one headphone worked.

Hi there- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app. We then ask that you reset your OpenFit. To reset your Shokz OpenFit Pro, place both earbuds into the charging case, leaving the lid open. Press and hold the touch area on both earbuds simultaneously for 15 seconds. The indicator light will flash orange for 5 seconds, confirming the reset, then flash orange/green for pairing mode. This clears pairing history and restores factory settings. Afterward, delete the earbuds from your Bluetooth device list to re-pair. If the issue persists, all Shokz come with a two-year warranty. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team so we can assist you further or visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim. Thank you!

Great headphones

These are really impressive headphones. The sound quality is amazing. Hard to believe they are bone conduction! A couple of improvements I'd like to see: 1) Battery life could be better. I never get close to rated 10 hours - more like 6 to 8 max. 2) Standby time is poor. 10 days is claimed, and that's a stretch. Mine are dead in less than a week. Most BT headphones are good on standby for several weeks. 3) Allow more than two devices for BT "multipoint," so I can easily connect to my iPhone, Mac, and iPad without having to re-pair for the third device. All my Bose headphones allow for at least 3 devices. 4) I'd prefer a USB-C connector instead of the proprietary magnetic connector. If I don't have the proprietary cord with me, I can't charge them with a standard cable

Not so great

am still trying to adjust to the ear buds but they are not as easy to operate as the regular ones. While I love the no bar in the back, trying to answer a call is not that easy. Half the time I end up canceling the call. Very sensitive to touch or doesn't connect easily.

Improved sound!

I love the sound quality in the new open fit as compared to the open run—this is it’s main appeal. Both headphones have a barely-there-feel-level of comfort that make them well-suited to being worn comfortably for hours on end. I really like the size of the open fit and it’s handy little case. I do have 2 notes: (1), even after adjusting the open fit to essentially “hug” my earlobes, the headphones don’t feel that secure and I’d adjust them from time to time to make sure they won’t accidentally come off as I move through the day; (2), it’s very easy to accidentally press the touch controls on the headphones when trying to adjust the fit on my ears and I have to remember to avoid them when adjusting the fit. It is designed for every day use and not necessarily for a range of movement/exercise, so others might not have these issues.

Comfortable and Great Sound

These are amazing! They stay comfortably on my ears and I forget I'm wearing them. The sound quality is amazing. I can hear my music clearly and callers don't know I'm on a blue tooth device. No background noises and I don't have to be on speaker phone on calls.

OpenFit are the most comfortable Earbuds I have owned.

I also have the Shokz OpenRun Pro, which i use for walking and hiking, which are more sweat, water resistance, and more stable on my head. When I walk and hike, I mainly listen to audiobooks, so the sound quality is fine. But I love the Openfit for every day use. They are more comfortable and the sound quality is better than the OpenRun Pro for music.

Almost is not close enough!

I am saddened by having to return my open ear Shokz. I love the feel and the sound, but when you cannot answer calls, fast forward, place people on hold, etc., the product choice is non-functional. The CSR I spoke to all but admitted the company already knows it was a flaw. Very short sighted development just to stya competitive I think.

Very comfortable for trucking

These sound great. I am a truck driver and as many know we are required to use hands-free devices while driving. I read positive reviews on the open fit device and decided to give them a try. This things are so light and comfortable you can wear them all day without them hurting your ears like the blue parrot or blue tiger style headsets. Those headsets are great too but after a few hours they start hurting your ear. I'm very impressed with these.
