They’re comfortable and the sound quality is good. I wish you could control volume on them as it’s difficult to get my phone out on long runs.

I lost the case and can't find a replacement. It's such a poor design that there isn't a replacement charging case!

Need to have better integration with the devices. Tap control on the side need to be a better sensitivity

Comfortable and light, one thing that would make them even better is ability to control the volume from the headphones.

Hard to hear in noisy environments. Bluetooth won't connect pretty often to my phone. Forcing me to reset my phone or the headset multiple times.

The case light that goes on when charging (the one below the cable connection) went off and is not working anymore. The case still charging.
