They are a little large for my ear canal, I have very small ears. I feel like I have them on loud because they don’t quite sit where they should.

Great fit and sound. I was not sure about the app part, but it is nice to adjust the settings to your liking

They are too big and keep falling off my ears. I can't seem to hit the button purposely. It randomly beeps in my ear.

Battery life is not what they state, lucky if they last 8 hrs. One may charge and other not. Not sure if I would recommend this product

They do not hold a charge for the day and I needed something to last when I called in the rep I spoke to was rude there other head phones are great
