Even though this applesauce has no added sugar it is still naturally sweet in flavor. My children also enjoyed the taste. While I personally do not prefer the pouch packaging for myself, I do love the pouch for my children’s lunch boxes since no silverware is required and it prevents spills or messes. I ended up purchasing a box for my children after trying this sample, but thought this item was a little expensive since I can purchase the cups at almost half the price. I would only purchase these pouches if I absolutely needed a mess free, healthy snack or if the apple sauce pouches were on sale at the grocery store.

Personally, I also like it because I feel it is a healthy and very complete food that provides the necessary vitamins at an early age and is very affordable in several chain stores.
